In one sentence, their services was good and they deserve 9 out of 10.
Pros:

Not very far from the metro. Clean and small but cozy room. Staff very accommodating and have concerns for customers. The front desk people also helped me selecting the tourist spots of Milan .

Cons:

Rooms are small, shower enclosure is very small. Rooms don’t have minimum facilities like glass tumblers, electric kettles etc. But when I approached them they provided.

Praktisches, komfortables Hotel!
Pros:

Sehr komfortabel, sauber und extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer etwas hellhörig/die Straße relativ laut, aber sonst war alles super!

Pros:

Mattéo qui parle très bien français, nous a accueilli avec soin et d'attention.
Merci beaucoup à lui.
L'équipe est très agréable et soucisseuse su bons soins.

Établissement est bien placé.

Cons:

Le volet roulant de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas, un peu dur au levé du jour pour dormir.

hotel correct mais la situation en bord d'un axe majeur de circulation pénalise fortement
Cons:

en premier le check in qui a été fastidieux alors que nous l'avions fait en ligne et etions déjà venu 3 jours avant
en second le bruit "infernal" de la route pour la chambre située sur l'avant avec en plus une isolation bien moyenne
