Die Nähe zu U-Bahn war uns wichtig. Der Parkplatz ist geräumig und sicher verschlossenen.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is within walking distance of the center (at least if you like walking). It is only a 1-hour walk to the Duomo and thus the center.

Gute Schalldämmung und früher Check-in, jedoch enttäuschender Komfort, schwacher Service und kein an
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass wir unser Zimmer bereits vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit beziehen konnten. Außerdem war das Zimmer gut schallisoliert, sodass von draußen kaum Geräusche zu hören waren.

Cons:

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und bot kaum Bewegungsfreiheit. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, was den Komfort zusätzlich beeinträchtigte.

Besonders enttäuschend waren die Betten. Die Federn waren deutlich spürbar und bei jeder Bewegung hörbar, wodurch ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war.

Auch das Badezimmer wirkte stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschkabine war extrem klein und unkomfortabel. Zudem wurden während unseres Aufenthalts verbrauchte Hygieneartikel nicht aufgefüllt.

Der Service konnte ebenfalls nicht überzeugen. Bei der Anreise wurde uns ein Upgrade sowie zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten angekündigt, die letztlich nicht bereitgestellt wurden. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es teilweise schwierig, Unterstützung an der Rezeption zu erhalten. Beim Check-out lag der Fokus des Personals eher auf der Bitte um eine positive Bewertung als auf ehrlichem Feedback zum Aufenthalt.

Für insgesamt rund 280 € für zwei Personen und zwei Nächte inklusive Steuern hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir daher als unzureichend.
