An honest review would sum up my stay by saying it was comfortable but a lot of changes need to be made by the hotel
Pros:

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always there to accommodate and help us when we needed anything. Davut at the front desk was very helpful and always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location is good, close to grand bazar and blue mosque area, also very close to food places. It is an uphill and windy walk so would be difficult with pushchairs/wheelchairs

Cons:

Housekeeping are very slack at their job. The shower gel and soap ran out in our bathroom and I had to go to the front desk a few times regarding this. Sheets weren’t changed and wasn’t clean on arrival. One of the days the bin wasn’t emptied.

Breakfast is a good small variety but finishes too early at 10am

Rooms are quite dated but very spacious. The family rooms have two separate rooms and two bathrooms which was a bonus. The shower in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly. There was no views from any of the windows. The so called ‘garden view’ was a messy back yard.

Гарний готель, щоб переночувати та поснідати.
Pros:

Гарна зручна локація і кафе-ресторан прямо при готелі, а за те що проживаєте в цьому готелі, роблять знижки в кафе)

It was a good stay, apart from breakfast.

In breakfast not so many choices, they didn’t have chef to make omelette. Also, they don’t refill the food once it finishes.

Śniadanie poniżej minimalnego standardu. Pokój z niedziałającą klimatyzacją - uszkodzony sterownik. Że byłem tylko na jedną noc to nie robiłem afery. Otworzyłem okno na noc ale po godzinie snu musiałem zamknąć. Na dole restauracja zewnętrzna i hałas straszny, ciasna zabudowa to echo to potęgowało. TV w pokoju ma mniej niż 20 cali
