La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado. Deben mejorar la limpieza. Tuvimos una cucaracha en la habitaciones. No fue una experiencia tan agradable y aún más por que el precio comparado con otras ciudades es demasiado alto.

En général, le seul véritable point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement.
Les chambres sont beaucoup trop petites par rapport au prix payé. Franchement, payer environ 1 000 DH pour une chambre de cette taille n'est pas justifié. Le confort est insuffisant.
L'ascenseur est très souvent en panne. Même lorsqu'il fonctionne, il est extrêmement lent et il faut attendre longtemps pour arriver à son étage.
La plupart des membres du personnel, surtout certaines femmes à la réception, ne sont pas accueillants et s'adressent aux clients de manière assez agressive.
La cuisine commune est grande, mais elle n'est pratiquement pas équipée, ce qui la rend peu utile.
Cet hôtel devrait améliorer beaucoup de choses : le confort des chambres, l'équipement de la cuisine, le fonctionnement de l'ascenseur et surtout la qualité de l'accueil. À ce prix, je m'attendais à une bien meilleure expérience.

Super Lage direkt an der Plaza Catalunya und Las Ramblas. Besser geht nicht.
Zimmer einfach aber ausreichend. Bad einfach aber ausreichend. Check-in super easy, hat alles perfekt geklappt, auch Rechnungstellung war super.
Nachts mehrmals extrem laute Gäste und da es recht hellhörig ist, war das etwas nervig, wobei das Hotel selber dafür nun nichts kann, wenn sie mehrere Leute daneben benehmen.

Персонал на ресепшен- очень хороший. Решали проблемы которые могли решить. Но против тараканов были бессильны.
Тараканы, все очень изношенное, категория «все отключено» Напольный кондиционер может переполнить канистру и все растечется по полу.
