Lo mejor el personal.
Pros:

El personal fantástico, súper amables y serviciales.
La piscina estupenda y la ubicación bastante bien.

Cons:

Mobiliario súper antiguo, camas incomodísimas con los muelles salidos, la limpieza escasa y poco frecuente. No se corresponde en absoluto con las fotos que se ven, las almohadas horribles.

Pros:

Nem sequer fiquei no alojamento. Estava tudo tão nojento que vim embora e apresentei reclamação por escrito no livro de reclamações e vou enviar uma inspeção da asae para fechar portas daquela espelunca. Em segundos fui atacada por bichos que me mordiam os pés.

Cons:

Tudo nojento, velho e rasgado. Cheirava mal. Uma falta de higiene pavorosa.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y con unas vistas estupendas de Funchal.
El personal es lo mejor , son todos muy amables y atentos
Es magnífico disfrutar de la piscina también ...fue perfecto

Cons:

el hotel es como de ambiente colonial y aunque está muy bien, es verdad que habría que mejorar los baños ,,,ya se están quedando viejitos

Pazar kilátás a városba a hotel teraszáról

Jó elhelyezkedés. Mimi macska, a ház úrnője. A kilátás a városra csodálatos volt.

Cons:

Vékonyak a falak, így minden egyes mozdulatot lehetett hallani ami a hotelban történt.
