If you travel with your child under 18, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity or first degree of civil kinship.
If the minor does not travel with his parents, the responsible adult must deliver at the reception, in addition to the minor’s identification document, the parents’ permission with personal presentation before a notary public, and a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorisation. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.
Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Meal plans are not included.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with a photo to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Hotel Estelar La Fontana heeft uitzonderlijk vriendelijk personeel, welke helpen bij iedere situatie.
De douche is wat gedateerd en het water loopt snel onder de deur door, waardoor de hele badkamer onder loopt. Vooral met kleine kinderen wordt het heel nat!
Het raam kan niet op een kier en er is geen ventilatierooster, waardoor het lastig is even de kamer te luchten.

Noise due to interior renovations
The location is in a quieter area, directly across the road from a shopping mall, but few shops on the street. It is far removed from the center, and with the horrible traffic in Bogota, any cab or uber trip takes at least 30 to 45 minutes. It can take even longer during high traffic times.
The atmosphere is subdued and quiet, with a very 1970's feel.
The rooms were very nice, with a comfortable bed, but the hallways need some painting in some spots (particularly near the elevators) and the overhead lights have a build up of insects. Otherwise, I found the hotel very clean.
Service was excellent, and the staff was VERY helpful and attentive.
As for Amenities, there was a cafe on the premises, with a very nice staff, and the hotel restaurant was excellent. The bar downstairs wasn't open very late, unfortunately. And there was a gift shop that never seemed to be open.

Fue una semana insoportable, el olor de las habitaciones impedía descansar, en la noche era desagradable abrir la puerta del baño del olor tan horrible que salía. El desayuno regular, frío. Siempre me he hospedado pero esta vez fue pésimo el servicio.

El espacio de la habitacion King es muy amplio, el baño tambien, el agua caliente exceelente
Lo unico que no me gustó es que mi esposo y yo estamos acostumbrados a bajar en pijama y sandalias de playa al desayuno en todos los hoteles en los que nos hemos hospedado siempre y solo aqui esta prohibido no asistir en vestimenta semi formal al restaurant, eso le quita placer a mis vacaciones
O cafe da manha é excelente e os funcionarios são super simpaticos. O hotel é antigo e parece que passou por uma reforma, não é muito moderno, e o chuveiro demora horas pra esquentar a agua, mas o custo beneficio é mt bom! O restaurante japones do hotel é mt bom!
