Quiero agradecerles por la maravillosa estadía que vivimos con mi pareja. El hotel, por su ubicación y por ser un lugar emblemático para los bogotanos, tiene un encanto muy especial.

La noche que nos hospedamos celebrábamos un aniversario de vida, su cumpleaños, y fue maravilloso encontrar opciones de restaurantes dentro del hotel. Al ser de noche, poder disfrutar de una excelente comida, con la tranquilidad, la seguridad y la calidad que ofrecen, hizo que nuestra celebración fuera aún más especial.

El desayuno fue fantástico, con una gran variedad de opciones y una experiencia realmente agradable.

Quisiera compartirles también una sugerencia: en un espacio tan lindo y emblemático, sería maravilloso que organizaran experiencias o estadías especiales para niños, por ejemplo, para celebrar el Día de los Niños o Halloween. Estoy segura de que sería una propuesta encantadora para disfrutar en familia, y desde ya les digo que ¡sería la primera en asistir!

Mil gracias por la atención, la calidad del servicio y por hacer de nuestra celebración un recuerdo tan bonito. Espero que sigan creando experiencias especiales para sus huéspedes y que pronto podamos disfrutar también de estas actividades familiares.

Como única observación, quisiera mencionar que percibimos un olor bastante fuerte a cañería proveniente del baño. Lo noté al salir a desayunar, aproximadamente a las 8:30 a. m., y nuevamente al regresar a la habitación hacia las 10:00 a. m., cuando el olor se sentía con bastante intensidad al abrir la puerta. Entiendo que, por tratarse posiblemente de una construcción antigua, puede haber particularidades relacionadas con las instalaciones sanitarias; sin embargo, considero importante compartirlo para que puedan revisarlo. En mi caso, abrí la ventana y el inconveniente se solucionó.
