No pueden tener camas q no sean King para ocupación doble y tampoco habitaciones q parecen de hoteles de paso o de máxim

Me asignaron una habitación muy pequeña, no es consecuente con un hotel 5 estrellas, además una cama pequeña para una pareja, un hotel 5 estrellas debe tener camas King en ocupación doble.
Me cambiaron la habitación pagando un recargo q no es justo y serio con un huésped q siempre llega al hotel.

Pros:

The location is very good, with good restaurants and bar and cafe inside, no need to worry about daily food. Room is very clean!

Cons:

The room is clean, but facilities inside room is old. The bed along little noises even when just sit down, which makes sleep not so in ease.
One more thing: for housekeeping, when find tissues finished and put only one piece of tissue in it is out of my understanding. First I must say I don’t use the tissues much, maybe 4-5 maximum per day. I could not understand putting only one piece of tissue inside is for what.
