wonderful staff, loved the old lift, brilliant location near the tram stop
Pros:

staff are very welcoming, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast, range of cooked food, pastries, juices, cakes and fruit

Cons:

unfortunately it was very hot when we were there: the heatwave hit Luxembourg and rooms do not have air conditioning

Cons:

We arrived in a heat wave that was exceptional, normally it would not have been a problem but without air conditioning the room was very hot, this would not stop me from staying again.

Sehr grosses, sicheres Parkhaus gleich in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die heisseste Nacht des Jahres - und unser Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Wir reisten nach 1 Nacht ab, obwohl wir schon 2 bezahlt hatten. SEHR lobenswert: Obwohl wir keinen Anspruch auf Rückzahlung hatten, wurde uns ein grosser Teil rückerstattet.

el comedor para el desayuno y el restaurante bar son muy lindos

la habitacion esta decorada bonita para el estilo, sin embargo el olor a moho y humedad en los closet era terrible. preferimos no usarlos y dejar todo en las maletas. al tener le piso tapete, se imprenga el olor a humedad y viejo. y lo que si o si deben cambiar es el secador de pelo. la verdad no creia cuando lo vi, es un secador INUSABLE. no solo prque es muy viejo, sino por el olor que emana tan feo. ademas el aparato tiene un cavle corto que hace muy incomodo su uso. en resumen no pude usar el secador.

Hotel is very old as the facilities, there is no hairdryer, no air conditioning however it was so hot during my stay, staff is not trying at all to be helpful, the only good thing is that they returned my deposit pretty quick,

Cons:

I don’t like the property at all, it should be renovated & fixed cause it looks like an old place however they charge the price like it’s a nice hotel

到着した日の気温は36℃！
エアコンが無かったのはキツかった！！！
貸して貰った扇風機は古くて高さの低い年代物。ないよりはまし程度。
サニタリースペースに換気扇もない。湿気が抜けない。
気候温暖化が進むヨーロッパ、夏の宿泊はお勧めしません。

Nice old school hotel, centrally located, curteous staff.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Booking.com however stated breakfast included whereas that information was not passed on to the hotel. Not the first time I had that issue with booking.com.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff! We forgot a piece of jewellery in the room and were promptly contacted so they could send it to us by post. Very impressed with the honesty and kindness of the staff.
