EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN - MUCHO CUIDADO EN VERANO
Pros:

Definitivamente, la ubicación. A doscientos metros de la parada de trenes (no de la Estación de trenes sino de la parada de trenes). Muy accesible también a una de las calles mas transitadas, llenas de restaurantes de todo tipo (apenas a 100 metros de distancia).

Cons:

Advertencia a los potenciales huéspedes que viajen en verano o les guste descansar con cierto nivel de frío: LAS HABITACIONES CARECEN DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Según nos explicaron los del Hotel (luego de haber hecho la reservación sin opción de cancelación), el edificio es un Landmark en Luxemburgo, es decir, un edificio histórico que no puede ser modificado de ninguna manera y por ello no pueden instalar aires acondicionados. Una razón algo extraña, ya que la tecnología moderna permite muchas opciones de equipos portátiles y minimalistas internos de aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones tampoco cuentan con ventiladores de techo y tampoco con el servicio de ventiladores portátiles.
Afortunadamente, debido a la época del año en que nos hospedamos, las ventanas abiertas permitieron una ventilación fresca y agradable.
Pero no queremos ni imaginarnos en pleno verano que tal será.
El área de ducha con cortina plástica (no se corresponde con las estrellas del establecimiento). el toilette bastante envejecido y con unas conexiones decimonónicas que le hacían casi pegar con la puerta de acceso del baño no colaboran mucho que digamos.
El Hotel retiene una cantidad de dinero determinado y mencionado por Booking como condición para hospedarse, por si se causa algún daño a la habitación.
No es una medida amigable, mas bien resulta algo antipática en estas épocas, pero supongo tendrán sus razones de hacerlo.
El personal de servicio de habitación muy amable y diligente.
El personal de atención al huésped detrás del mostrador (ambos turnos) muy educados, amables y diligentes, aunque no hay manera de sacarles una sonrisa ni con sacacorchos.
Probablemente los rostros austeros y adustos, sean parte del acervo cultural histórico del Cravat también, y no pueden ser modificados.

Pros:

Beste Bar ("Trianon") der Stadt; eine der besten Lagen in der Luxemburger Hauptstadt mit Ausblick auf die "Gëlle Fra"; sehr sauberes Zimmer; netter Service, ein ausgezeichnetes Buffet in tollem Ambiente & generell nostalgische Atmosphäre, die an die zweite Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts erinnert.

Cons:

Dies ist persönliche Geschmackssache: es gibt leider keine Dusche, sondern eine traditionelle Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg und Vorhang.

This is a very charming hotel where you can feel the old times atmosphere. The big mirror at the bedroom was fancy. The bath with good bubbles was nice.

Old world charm.
Pros:

Charming character. Great big room. Central to everything. Very comfortable bed. Included a wonderful breakfast served in a beautiful room. Service from staff at breakfast was excellent. Offered 3 types of gluten free bread that we could toast ourselves.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Goede voorzieningen, geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig.Midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Kamer was warm waardoor het nodig is om de ramen open te doen. Veel geluid/muziek van het apparaat waarmee je in een gondel over de stad kan kijken.

Un séjour délicieusement hors norme!
Pros:

Cet hôtel nous plonge dans une atmosphère empreinte de souvenirs, d’élégance surannée mais tellement exaltante et apaisante. J’ai tout apprécié lors de ce (trop) court séjour: l’accueil bienveillant et très professionnel de l’ensemble des personnels, l’emplacement au coeur de Luxembourg, la propreté exemplaire de la chambre et de la salle de bain (refaite à neuf), l’accès au balcon de la chambre (5ème étage), les équipements, la literie, les attentions, le confort, le calme. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et qualitatif. Le soir, l’ambiance du bar invite à se poser sereinement pour prendre un dernier verre avant d’emprunter l’ascenseur aux intérieurs de cuivre et de bois, mis en service en 1945, et comme le symbole du temps en mouvement dans ce magnifique hôtel au charme immuable.
