from reception to room cleaning staff they dont like communicate, taking deposits and dont resend to bank account is another level of scam.
breakfast is all by bread and it’s 20$ you can take a better breakfast outside. room is so small that me and my wife can not stand at ones. room view looks to darkness,if you have claustrophobia you better choice another otel

El personal fue muy amable, el fesayuno era todo muy fresco y rico, el pan muy rico, sus quesos y jamón , tenía todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno a mi hijo le encanto y la señora de la cosina fue muy atenta , pienso que fue la mejor opción con respecto a la ubicación muy cerca de la torre la estación y restaurantes, si viajas por poco tiempo es una opción buenísima .

We arrived mid morning dropped our bags and went straight out
Check in was from 2pm we checked in at 4. The receptionist were all very friendly helpful and just brilliant
This location is brilliant as it's right by 2 train lines (iéna and trocadero) it's minutes walk from Effile tower views and the stars down to Eiffle tower to champ der mars
Rooms were small and basic but I'm guessing this is all about location. The bathroom has no vent and there was no net curtains just a curtain which meant that if we wanted to get dressed etc we had to draw the curtains for privacy - window faced a wall but above that were other apartments and windows looking down to our room. The curtain didn't fully close so we used claw clips to close for sleep as summer the sunrise is bright and early and could disturb sleep
The water can run cold in morning so expect a cool shower but equally it can be hot but dip too cooler!

Le personnel était vraiment gentil , à l’écoute , et m’as permis de déposer ma valise le temps d’avoir la chambre car je suis arrivé tôt , la chambre était toute mignonne avec la Clim en pleine canicule c’était incroyable tout près de la Tour Eiffel , accessible facilement
La salle de bain la douche est grande mais la salle de bain en elle même est toute petite

Tiene aire acondicionado, el personal es de 10 y es super céntrico, al lado de 2 paradas de metro y de buses. Tienes Trocadero al lado y puedes ir andando a la Torre Eiffel en 15 minutos.
Desayuno justo por 16 euros pero igual bien.
