Pleasant!
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. It was a last minute choice because booking.com overbooked our reservation at another hotel.

Cons:

It was more expensive than what we wanted to spend but, not Embassy’s fault since our scheduled reservation at another hotel was overbooked.

Great service and staff!!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, warm, and so hospitable! We brought our trailer hitched on our SUV. One of the staff was so helpful to find us a place to park. They were also so kind and helpful with our puppy that we had with us.

Cons:

The restaurant closing around 9pm when the website says 11pm. There were many people inside eating.

Best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time, but noisy
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing!!! The hotel is very nice and everything seemed clean.

Cons:

The air in the bedroom didn't work and the water pipes were extremely noisy! Kept waking me up over and over all night. They can't control other guests, but we also had kids running in the hall in the middle of the night knocking in doors

Great staff. Clean. Very good breakfast.
Pros:

The staff was very professional and you could tell they really wanted you to have a good experience. Location was a good stopping point on our travel and we wanted a hotel with a pool.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking unless you wanted to get up at 7:00 and move your car on the street.

I got more than my money's worth
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was beyond friendly.

Cons:

My stay was too short and I couldn't make it to the 5:30 reception.

Fantastic!!!!!
Pros:

My experience overall was fantastic. What enhanced it most was Roslyn and Demon in your restaurant . They were very helpful ut most of all caring and friendly . They made my husband and I feel valued and appreciated. They are a real asset to your hotel . You're a great hotel but threy added icing to. cake. But I have to mention your front desk crew. They were extremely patient, friendly and professional.

Amazing Staff
Pros:

I absolutely love the staff that was present on June 25, 2026. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, they were so kind, accommodating, willing to hold a conversation and welcoming. I recently stayed at one in Greensboro, NC and the staff, except one person, wasn't pleasing. Derron Roslyn,Keke, Ms. San and Maurikus were A+ and made my family feel great. Kudos to them.

Everything was good, no major complaints
Pros:

It is a nice hotel, nice environment, breakfast was great.

Cons:

full size refrigerator and stove would have been nice. There was a lot of police near the hotel, wasn't sure about that. I guess it added more security for the hotel I believe.
