The staff is wonderful!
Pros:

The people are what make this hotel a great stay! Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and has a free happy hour and wonderful breakfast. Special call out to LaShanda for wonderful service.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Winston-Salem! Our room was very roomy, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The hotel overall was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Winston-Salem area!

Friendly staff tacky trash cans
Pros:

Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. In the room each trash can had a plastic bag under it. I think the can was rusty on the bottom so I did not remove. Probably need new cans!

If every hotel had staff like this business trips would be a breeze.
Pros:

A wonderful experience with such great staff. A big thank you to Keir, Jenna and Maryann. A definite 12 on a scale of one to 10. Also the Koch staff were amazing and the hospitality was by far one of the best I’ve ever been at in Embassy Suites. You three of the reason that I keep coming back to this hotel brand.
