Please note that the hotel is located in a National Park. Private cars are not allowed in the park area. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged. The entrance fee to the National Park is already included in the daily rate. For more information, please contact the property.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pros:

O lugar e o serviço todo é impecável

Cons:

Muitas crianças gritando e correndo pelo corredor, acho que todos os quartos deveriam ter parede com bloqueio de som, pois é muito chato estar descansando e acordar ou se assustar com barulho lá fora.

A premium experience comes with a price tag
Pros:

Access to the Iguaçu park at off hours, great moon rainbow tour, welcoming staff and room keeping. The food is amazing in all restaurants/bars.

Cons:

The drinks in the tower are not necessary with the impressive views from the lawn.

Pros:

A once in a lifetime experience...wow! Luxurious in an effortless way...the staff seemed to be able to read our minds before we had asked for anything. Expensive yes but so worth it for the priceless location and comfort. The staff were very accommodating before check-in and after check-out so we were able to visit the falls and use the swimming pool and steam room (and watch England play DRC!) during our one night stay

Cons:

Make sure your taxi/uber drops you at the right entrance. We had to walk from the park visitor centre through roadworks 🤣

Locatie, locatie, locatie en, met name de mogelijkheid om voor de toestroom van toeristen te genieten van de goddelijke watervallen

Stunning beautiful hotel, great staff, fabulous bar and breakfast restaurant.
Pros:

Stunning hotel, close to the Falls. Room very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Caroline on reception. Beautiful pool area. Gaining access to the Falls an hour or so before the park opened was so special. Pure luxury.

Cons:

The table so close to the private dining area in Y restaurant. Curtains open so children running around etc.

Uma estadia memorável, onde a imersão na natureza
Pros:

O Hotel das Cataratas é uma experiência à parte justamente por estar dentro do parque nacional. Hospedar-se ali é conviver com a natureza o tempo todo, quatis e pássaros aparecem no caminho, e há os horários exclusivos de hóspede para contemplar as cataratas sem público, algo que pouquíssimos lugares no mundo oferecem. A arquitetura e a decoração são fantásticas, o ambiente é extremamente confortável e silencioso, e o capricho na manutenção se nota em cada detalhe. A equipe é atenta e prestativa, e o transfer interno até a portaria funciona com pontualidade impecável. Saímos com a sensação de ter vivido algo raro.

Cons:

Um único ponto destoou do conjunto: pedimos um chocolate quente pelo serviço de quarto, em dias de muito frio, e veio algo bem aquém do esperado, praticamente um leite morno com um toque de achocolatado, em vez de um chocolate encorpado que aquecesse de verdade. Num hotel desse nível, é exatamente o tipo de detalhe que tem tudo para estar à altura do restante.

The detail gone into our stay by staff was amazing.

Amazing detail from staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Veronica and Ana, guest experience were so good and feel totally spoilt. Will be recommending this hotel to our friends in New Zealand if they come to this part of the world.

The upper side of the Falls
Pros:

A very unique place (landmark) in a very unique environment. The hotel offers all things (services, food, rooms) with the highest quality, with a particularly well trained and attentive staff. The immediate proximity to the Iguacu Falls is of course a plus. One of the highlights of our Brazilian trip.
