Comfortable, well looked after hotel by it's staff and good breakfast. The location is good too for food choices.

Well located for our requirements. Staff were helpful and easy check-in process. We liked the breakfast options.
Our mini fridge was not working and there was a bad electrical smell coming from it. I feel the cleaning staff should have noticed this when they cleaned earlier that day. We unplugged it and told the reception - they were very helpful and gave us an alternative option to store our cold foods. They also responded very quickly when the sports team on our floor was running and yelling in the hallway at 11.30pm. It’s not the evening staff’s fault this happened during our stay and we were happy with the hotel response to the issues.

The staff were fantastic and rooms were ery nice.
What I didn't like so much was the placement of the pool size or hot tub and such as it looked clinical and barron rather than inviting and the feeling as if you are away at a resort hotel.
The breakfast was OK, at most times the bacon was absolutely terrible, rock hard infact and uneatable, and for people who really look forward to their morning coffee. Only half and half cream to choose from as opposed to what all coffee shops use, which is 18% cream that makes all the difference from a mediocre cup of coffee and a fantastic cup of coffee. For me personally and many of the people traveling with us made all the difference this weekend and woukd have prevented all of us from having to hurry to find a tim hortons.
As a member, It's the little things such as this that make a hotel great.
