We checked in to mesm July 3rd though July 6. We were warmly greeted personally by Kohei Tamura, Executive Assistant Manager. He assisted our check in and the entire staff and Keohei went to amazing lengths to accommodate and assist us. The facilities are perfectly maintained and the level of service was probably the best we've encountered in our travels. We are ambassador level at Marriott and we've been many places and to many hotels. The level of attention here at this hotel was outstanding. Mahalo!

We returned to mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection from June 7 to June 12, 2026, and this stay marked yet another chapter in a relationship that has grown over the past three years.

Having stayed here well over a dozen times since our first visit in 2023, mesm Tokyo has become far more than just a hotel for us. In a city filled with exceptional luxury properties, it remains the one place we consistently look forward to returning to. There is simply nowhere else in Tokyo quite like it.

What continues to set mesm apart is its unique personality. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet playful, contemporary yet deeply connected to Tokyo’s creative spirit. Every stay feels inspiring without ever feeling pretentious. Whether it’s the stunning views over Tokyo Bay, the artistic design language throughout the property, or the unmistakable energy of the public spaces, mesm has a character all its own.

As always, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ayaka from Member Services, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail continue to leave a lasting impression. Small gestures and thoughtful touches throughout the stay reminded us why we keep choosing this hotel year after year.

We would also like to thank the entire Front Office team and the management team for their consistent hospitality and recognition. As Marriott Ambassador and Titanium members, we greatly appreciate hotels that truly understand the value of loyalty. mesm has always been exceptionally generous and thoughtful when recognizing elite members, not only through benefits and upgrades, but through genuine care and personalized service.

The service remains every bit as outstanding as we remembered. In fact, the greatest compliment we can give is that after more than ten stays over three years, the experience has never lost its magic.

For us, mesm is not only one of the most recommended hotels in Tokyo—it is quite possibly one of the finest hotel experiences in all of Japan.

Sleek and pretty hotel in Tokyo.

For breakfast they have a great buffet. For drinks they have a wonderful bar called Whisk, which features fun drinks based on paintings. Staff was nice and helpful.

Our room was nice and even had a balcony. Very nice experience.

Excellent Hotel , great staff and value for money

Incredible. I could not believe that my room even had a piano keyboard. The decor, staff and views were exceptional.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Western size hotel rooms. Quiet neighborhood. NOT close to a train station. But if you are taking a cab daily, no big deal. Close to the Haneda monorail. Great breakfast. Great amenities. Free mini bar.

Our room overlooked the water and was very quiet. Views were amazing. Breakfast had many choices, all quite good. The lobby bar was relaxing and had a pianist every night we were there. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

All the staff are amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. The common areas are very nice. Our room was fantastic, very well appointed, clean, with a comfortable bed.

The property was new and not used.

Absolutely brilliant looking property overlooking the bay with a beautiful lobby area. The size of the rooms are impressive and a very welcome surprise. The Marriot check in counter could surely use some courteous and welcoming staff members

I like everything about this hotel

Luxurious and contemporary hotel with stunning views over the Tokyo skyline and bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay feel seamless from start to finish.

The rooms were very private and completely soundproof, which made for an excellent night’s sleep.
