An absolute dream!
Pros:

It’s like staying inside a fairytale. Staff was super friendly. The room and the view where incredible. Some of the best breakfast I’ve had!

Cons:

It was hard to book a massage as it’s a third party and they didn’t provide a flat iron in the room due to safety? So if you wanted to clean it was 15€ per item. They could offer more snacks to order like chips or other small bites.

Disappointment
Cons:

We did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience was significantly affected by the quality of the service provided by the staff.

Unfortunately, most staff members appeared unprofessional, inexperienced, and lacking the level of hospitality one would expect from a five-star hotel. In particular, the receptionist with short curly hair was rude, unhelpful, and showed little interest in addressing our concerns or making our stay more comfortable.

A luxury hotel should be distinguished not only by its facilities but also by the quality of its customer service. Sadly, the service we received fell far below the standards expected of a five-star establishment. We left feeling disappointed and undervalued as guests.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in better staff training and customer service standards.

The location was beautiful and convenient to travel to all other locations.

Cons:

It would be nice if the pool was open till 7 pm. If you are out all day it would be nice to come back and go to the pool past 6 pm.
