Fabulous stay at a grand hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful property overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Absolutely fabulous view. The hotel was grand! The staff was equally grand! Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. We’ll be back!

The view is STUNNING, the breakfast is incredible. People who work at the restaurant were lovely and very friendly.

Cons:

Some people in the staff (one of the recepcionist really) needs to be more friendly. They made us go through a no so fun experience when we asked to drink a bottle of champagne that was a gift. Instead of maybe just say “no”, they created drama about it and ruined that specific day. Totally unnecessary specially after spending 5 nights at such a great place.

Pros:

Extremely polite and helpful staff made the atmosphere in this wonderful hotel very enjoyable. A stunning location overlooking the sea and Sorrento and in easy access to the town.

The breakfast was wonderful - could not have asked for a better selection and attentive staff.

All the staff - all excellent - room had a great view of Mount Vesuvius and the town of Sorrentocould not be better

Would liked to have plug near bed / end table to plug in phone and watch, but there were sufficient outlets in the room however.
