Overpriced, overrated
Pros:

The view is stunning, pool service and breakfast were okay.

Cons:

Our room had ants, and the outdoor furniture smelled distinctly of sweat. On top of that, they charge a €10 fee just to bring glasses to the room. Much of the staff looked miserable and seemed forced to work there, seems non-EU citizens were made to feel entirely unwelcome.

Sublime hôtel avec une vue époustouflante
Pros:

La vue est époustouflante.
L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres très confortables et le personnel vraiment au top.
L’hôtel est situé en dehors de la ville donc au calme, avec un accès à pieds très facile à Marina Grande et au centre ville

Nice, relaxing stay with amazing views! Really great attentive staff - super friendly, cannot fault the service provided
Pros:

Location was amazing overlooking Sorrento. Plenty of sunbeds & had a pool. Property was super clean

Really nice music placed in the evening

Cons:

Lift took a while to arrive - only one lift.
No shower/spa facilities that accommodate for flights much later after check outs
Pool toilets were dated and not in keeping with the rest of the property

Pros:

Localização maravilhosa, hotel bonito, com uma linda vista e quartos confortáveis e muito limpos. Funcionários muito prestativos desde a recepção até os funcionários que trabalham na piscina. Hotel maravilhoso!

Pros:

Tutto il personale (accoglienza, colazione, cena, pulizia camera, piscina) gentilissimo, professionale e super disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati compreso il nostro piccolo cagnolino.
Bellissima struttura, camera confortevole e pulita, vista sul golfo pazzesca. Colazione di alta qualità e molto completa che unisce sia dolce sia salato. Abbiamo cenato degustando piatti del luogo con un tocco ricercato, risultato davvero ottimo. Consigliatissimo,
non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

Lovely few day away in Sorrento staying at Hotel Belair, definitely 4 stat rather than 5!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Belair, although I'm not sure I would rate it 5 star. The view of the Bay of Naples was amazing. Lovely walk down to the Marina. A voucher to the nearby beach club was an added bonus.

Cons:

We couldn't quite put our finger on it, but we just didn't feel we quite got the 5 star experience. The bathroom was outdated and our room was not sound proof ( we could hear toilets flushing and showers). We also had a mould / damp smell in the room. A pleasant 15/ 20 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento. We didn't feel staff were that attentive and didn't make us feel special.
