Lo mejor Irene la chica de recepción.
Que ya no estará , porque termino hoy 29 ,estaba allí de Erasmus .
La ducha muy bien .

Cons:

La cama estaba tan bajita que la pierna la dejabas caer y tocaba el suelo .
El lavabo del aseo era para Nomos . Tan Chiquitin que para no tirar el agua fuera te lavabas como los gatos,
El desayuno puede mejorar. Todo muy viejo . Y muy antiguo
No lo veo para 3 estrellas .

Petit déjeuner correct copieux.
Très bien situé

Cons:

L'escalier un peu raide. Difficile à monter pour des personnes âgées.
La chaleur dans la chambre (sous les combles)
Les remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bain et la pression de la douchette. Il est difficile d'avoir de ll'eau fraîche dans la douche après une journée de forte chaleur.

What is the most important thing for life? Of course water. there is low pressure water in bathroom, so we hadn't shower properly. It was second floor.

The location was excellent and easily accessible to all parts of the old town.
Breakfast was good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The daily housekeeping was inadequate. We received fresh towels each day and toilet paper was replenished, but the toilet wasn't cleaned, the floor wasn't cleaned. Our cups were not replaced during our 6 day stay.
The rooms are on right a winding staircase, which makes it very noisy when other guests are coming and going.

Good hotel, really clean and ideal location near the City Centre

Breakfast was good and locaiton ideal for exploring Brugge

Cons:

We had to leave at 7.30am, breakfast satrted at 8am and they would not offer a earlier option or refund for that breakfast.
