Nice quiet hotel.room, comfy bed
First time staying at the Leonardo hotel and was perfect clean very comfy beds location brilliant right next to station staff went above and beyond and left some birthday treats and a card for my daughter Thankyou very much :)
Nothing can't fault anything
I had a very comfortable stay
I had a little trouble finding the hotel from Nottingham Station, the the exterior signage wasn't obvious until I was very close by

I’ve stayed here a number of times now and always have a really good stay.
The staff were excellent, especially Brogan, who could not have been any more helpful. She gave me exceptional customer service. I was also impressed with Kelsey, who went above and beyond. Many thanks
I had to ask for the complimentary vouchers (part of the Superior room deal) as they had not been left in my room. This also happened last time I stayed here. I shouldn’t have to ask.
Always nice and clean and staff really nice
Not a superior room,which was what I had booked.very disappointed for price paid
Staff were friendly and helpful. No issues checking in even though we arrived early hours of the morning. Breakfast was good and as expected. Clean room and comfortable bed. Location good for where we needed to go (Motorpoint arena).
Being picky, but would've liked a bigger/smart tv. Housekeeping had been in as the sign was reomved from outside the door but bed hadnt been made and sheets weren't changed, although didnt ruin our experience as we were only there for 2 nights.
