Ein empfehlenswerter angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

-Nettes hilfsbereites Personal
-Ruhiges Zimmer, auch durch die top Fenster
-Angenehmes Raumklima durch Klimaanlage
-Variable Klimaanlage
-Safe im Zimmer 👍

Cons:

-Teppichböden empfinde ich im Hotel grundsätzlich als etwas unhygienisch. Auch wenn der Teppich sauber war.
-Café Bar überteuert

Pros:

Zimmer FLOP, Frühstück und Personal TOP !!!
Das schöne und freundliche Ambiente des Frühstücksrestaurants passt überhaupt nicht zu den abgewohnten Zimmern.
Personal zugewandt und sehr freundlich ! Frühstück gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht wirklich rollstuhltauglich. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, das ging so einigermaßen. Sauber, aber sehr klein. Kleines Bad, Toilette in einem extra Raum und sooo klein, wenn man 1,98 cm groß ist, bekommt man die Tür nicht zu.
Das zweite Zimmer, was wir gebucht hatten, ein Einzelzimmer war sauber, klein, aber es roch unangenehm. Bereits im Flur vor dem Zimmer und im Zimmer war es kaum auszuhalten und es stank bestialisch.

Cozy, clean, and great quality for the value
Pros:

The size of the room and the bed was bigger than I expected. Everything was clean and neat. The location was perfect for me and my activities. The city center is 5 or 6 U-Bahn stations away, but the neighborhood is quite lively and has nice cafés, bars, and stores nearby. I would definitely book again for future travel to Munich.

Cons:

Two minor issues:

1. The tap water was not flowing well. However, I didn’t ask them to do anything about it :). I’m sure that if I had brought it up, they would have fixed it.

2. The hallway on my floor had a strong smell, most likely from the carpets, which got into the room. Once I aired the room, it was comfortable with no issues.

Thank you for a pleasant stay, I will definitely be back.
Pros:

1. Location - I purposely booked accommodation near the Alianz Arena, because the main point of my program was a concert. The hotel is located near the Münchner Freiheit junction, so you are on the metro in about 6 minutes, which takes you everywhere relatively quickly. It is also a short walk to the Olympic Stadium, for me a great location if you need a starting point and don't need to be completely in the center.

2. Amenities in the area - at least two grocery stores nearby, a short walk from the accommodation you can find many restaurants, cafes, you simply have everything at your fingertips. The hotel itself has a restaurant (or a restaurant belongs to it), which I didn't try, but if you like Italian food, definitely try it.

3. Surroundings - having the English Gardens within a 10-minute walk is a dream!

4. The hotel itself - separate check-in for introverts is a top thing, the staff is otherwise helpful if you need anything. The rooms are clean, I really appreciate the cleaning policy every other day, but also the option to have towels changed every day.

Cons:

There are few things I don't appreciate. Softer beds, I'm not a total fan, but I slept well. I missed a mini fridge in the room, if you're going for several days and don't really need to eat only in restaurants, it would be useful for storing things. But you know everything in advance, so it's not the hotel's fault. There is construction next to the hotel, so you will be woken up by noise during the week, which is temporary, but expect it.
