Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

La posizione., zona tranquilla.
I proprietari gentili e disponibili, al nostro arrivo ci hanno riservato una camera con balcone senza extra, eravamo al 4° piano con una vista stupenda.
Personale di sala carinissime/i , idem personale addetto alle pulizie delle camere.
Colazione e cena ottime.
L hotel dispone di una piscina , .molto curata, e di una vasca idromassaggio piacevole e capiente , si hanno anche a disposizione i teli da piscina.
Soggiorno per 14 notti davvero tranquillo e piacevole.
Speriamo di poterci tornare anche il prossimo anno.
Ringraziamo ancora la famiglia Simoncini per l" accoglienza, la gentilezza e la simpatia.

The staff were so friendly, always very smiley and greeting the guests. They seem to genuinely care about the guests staying and will do their very best to make sure they are happy!!

The breakfast was lovely, so many options and very delicious. The restaurant staff were very attentive, making sure to get you a drink when you sit down and checking if everything is good!

Loved the pool, so relaxing and a gorgeous area. It was never too busy and could easily get a sun lounger and space to swim! Gorgeous views of the area from balcony also!

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Torretta. Our room overlooking the pool was spotlessly clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and clear traditional values were apparent. We enjoyed the pool area, and the town was very accessible on foot via a lovely walk through the park. Breakfast was varied, tasty and constantly replenished. We ate in the restaurant one of our two evenings and enjoyed the food on offer. The menu changes daily and in hindsight we might have eaten in the hotel both nights! The different areas of the hotel were thoughtfully presented - lounge complete with grand piano and the library, table football and TV area on the lower ground floor.

Pros:

Utrolig hyggelig personale. Hjelpsomme og vennlige. Nydelig hage med basseng. Rent og pent overalt :)

Cons:

Kunne hatt mer utvalg i brød, grove brød til frokost. Og juicer og melk burde stå i kjølere. Drikken ble varm.

Relaxing stay with excellent staff and a great pool area. Best fruit salad too and try the local digestif from the bar.

Great stay in a family run hotel!
Pros:

We love this hotel! It’s classic vibe, great staff, wonderful breakfast and dinner, the pool and the excellent air conditioning in the room. Buy olive oil from the front desk. The family has its own olive trees and makes the oil. It is fantastic.

Pros:

zona ottima per chi proviene in macchina, vicino al parco delle terme. Accoglienza incredibile, quasi da preservare . Personale serio ma al contempo gentile ed ematico. CI hanno anche offerto una stanza migliore e l'abbiamo apprezzato molto. Ottima colazione, Piscina pulita e ombreggiata con alberi. Dotazione asciugamani per la zona esterna.

Cons:

seppur non è stata colpa loro , la presenza di un gruppo di adulti estremamente rumorosi e maleducati, con alcuni bambini, ha tolto la serenità di chi avrebbe voluto soggiornare a bordo piscina in una zona termale in un modo diverso dal parco giochi, al punto che ho preferito passare qualche ora in camera, per leggere. Comprendo non sia facile dire a chi è maleducato, di comportarsi da civili, non urlando dai balconi per chiamare l'attenzione di chi era in piscina, non urlare vicino a chi dorme, non occupare la piscina per far giocare i bambini, però neppure evitare di ricordare le basi della convivenza. La mattina seguente , a colazione, stessa confusione e quindi credo non sia stato detto loro di abbassare la voce. Forse ho sbagliato e non ho compreso che fosse una struttura per famiglie rumorose.

Pros:

Belle piscine, jacuzzi. Personnel très réactif et disponible. Bons dîner et petit déjeuner. Le parking privé est situé à l opposé de l entrée de l hôtel.
