Une belle étape
Pros:

Belle piscine, jacuzzi. Personnel très réactif et disponible. Bons dîner et petit déjeuner. Le parking privé est situé à l opposé de l entrée de l hôtel.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, választható, változatos menü esténként, a kültéri jakuzzi “életmentő”volt városnézés után a kánikulában, vintage hangulat, nagyon kényelmes ágy, parkolás megoldható

Wonderful stay in an authentic family run hotel. Loved it!
Pros:

Beautiful family run hotel in an excellent location. Close to the funicular for trips to Montecatini Alto and to the stunning Tettuccio Terme and the beautiful, shady park. Also a short walk to the train station for trips to Pescia, Pistoia, Lucca and Viareggio. Lovely, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Delicious meals - authentic Tuscan food. Lots of choice. Great pool and jacuzzi with pretty flowers and shrubs in the garden. My room was upgraded which was great. Overall a lovely experience and would not hesitate to recommend Montecatini Terme and Hotel Torretta to anyone. Fantastic value as well!

Pros:

Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Een 4- gangenmenu met telkens keuze uit minimim 3 verschillende gerechten aan democratische prijs in het restaurant is echt top. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. Wij waren 3 dagen in het hotel en zullen niet aarzelen om hier terug te komen. Gratis parkeermogelijkheden zonder problemen. Wifi zonder probleem en netheid overal. Een voorbeeld voor zeer veel andere hotels. Daarom voor ons een score van zeker 10. Echt proficiat aan iedereen in dit familiehotel.

Hyggeligt og velholdt ældre hotel.
Pros:

Hyggeligt ældre hotel, men rent og velholdt, venligt personale, god service, gode senge.
Vi havde et værelse med 2 rum, rigtig fint med en voksen datter.
Det ligger op ad en vej, men det forstyrrede os ikke.

Beautiful area, close to the funicular, wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond!

Cons:

The bed was too hard and I could hear the flushing of toilets and the running of shower water through the night and in the morning, so I did not sleep well.

Rengøring var ikke ok og bruser var i stykker. Hotellet var noget slidt. Ikke 4 stjerne.
