Mega piękne widoki z okna pokojowego premium oraz dobre jedzenie. Bardzo kulturalnie podchodził personel, co była fajna atmosfera jak i również ścieżki spacerowe lub na inne atrakcje - oraz po za hotelem można zwiedzić wiele miejsc co daje urok gór

Čistota, obrovská ochota personálu, krásny bazén, možnosť veľkého množstva aktivít vonku a v hoteli, hotel priamo pri atrakciách a pamiatkach.
V podstate nic. Možno cena za noc s polpenziou by mohla byt prijatelnejsia.
The place is just great for families! The outdoor swimming pool is an attraction on its own, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4.
Even with 32 degrees temperature outside, the water was cold for the kids. The indoor swimming pool was the same, cold. Not a big issue, but it could be better.
Hotel and environs were very modern, clean and tidy. The accessible deluxe bedroom was spacious. The regular deluxe bedroom was a little less so. Breakfast buffet was both delicious and very comprehensive, offering both hot and cold options. The food at the Molo Restaurant was very good (but lacked many traditional dishes). English was spoken by the majority of hotel/bar/restaurant staff. A very pleasant stay overall.
Customer service skills can be somewhat lacking. The hotel should invest time learning how top hotels offer great customer experiences.
Check-in at reception felt more like being told off than being welcome. Checkout was very matter-of-fact, without any enquiry about our stay. The high fortress-like reception desk certainly doesn't lend itself to great customer experiences, especially with the opportunity to conveniently hide behind it.
Hotel ran out of toilet paper for two days - very poor show.

Świetnie miejsce na krótki wypoczynek. Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci, więc nie będą się nudzić. Smaczne śniadanie. Pokój dostaliśmy zaraz po przyjeździe i to było bardzo pozytywne zaskoczenie. Od razu mogliśmy się rozpakować i skorzystać z basenu. Na drugi dzień po wymeldowaniu również z basenów mogliśmy nadal korzystać. Na pewno wrócimy.

Overall, the hotel itself was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, the pools and lake were beautiful, and the bar area offered plenty of games and entertainment. The indoor playground was also fantastic, especially for children. Unfortunately, the room was the complete opposite and significantly affected our overall experience. It was a small, dark, poorly maintained attic room with an unreachable skylight in the ceiling. With a better room, our stay could have been perfect.
