I really enjoyed my stay at AMÀRE Beach Hotel Marbella. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, a great location, and the overall experience was excellent. The facilities, service and attention to detail made it a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend the hotel based on the overall experience.
However, there is one issue that I feel the hotel really needs to address: the ease with which charges can be made against a guest’s room.
During my stay, it appeared that simply providing a room number and signature was enough to charge items to the room, without any meaningful verification that the person making the charge was actually the registered guest. This creates a genuine security concern and can result in an unpleasant surprise when reviewing the bill at check-out.
I strongly believe a more robust verification system should be introduced for room charges, rather than relying solely on a room number and signature. Guests should have confidence that nobody else can simply charge expenses to their room.
This was disappointing because otherwise I had a fantastic stay at AMÀRE. I would certainly consider returning, but unless this issue is addressed, it would make me reconsider booking the hotel again.

Trotz großem Andrang ab und zu, gute Koordinierung und sehr selten Wartezeiten
Es wird zwar darauf hingewiesen, dass man keine Liegen mit Handtüchern reservieren sollte und dann erst deutlich später auftaucht, da dann die Handtücher weggeräumt werden. Das wurde leider nicht oder quasi nie beherzigt, dabei waren gar nicht so viele Deutsche im Hotel.
Es fehlt in der Eingangshalle eine Klimatisierung, sehr schlechte Luft dort und sehr warm
Our stay at the Amare Beach Hotel was special from the moment we stepped inside the door. The attention to detail was exceptional. The food-breakfast, pool side service and the restaurant were all exemplary. The highlight for us was the care, attention and kindness of the staff that we met. They genuinely wanted us to have the best holiday-which we did. It was our first holiday away without our children in 10 years and it was memorable because the Amare Beach Club and its wonderful staff. Thanks especially to Samuel Marquez who made our stay extra special. We hope to return to you all in the near future.

Wir waren vor 8 Jahre schon mal da, damals waren wir sehr begeistert deshalb sind wir nochmal gekommen.
Für den Preis - € 570,- pro Tag habe ich andere Erwartungen gehabt.
Alle Dienstleistungen haben deutlich nachgelassen und das Essen,
(Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht) war mittelmäßig.
Nie wieder!!!

Excellent hotel by the beach in Marbella. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious, with a good shower. The breakfast spread was really excellent; a wide range of fruit, cooked food and pastries. Poolside drinks were reasonably priced and the rooftop bar was lively and had great views. There were (just about) enough sunbeds for everyone; didn't spot the 7am stampede to place towels, although if you head down after 10.30am you might struggle. Special shoutout to the concierge staff who tried to help when BA Holidays expected me to use psychic powers to guess the pickup times. Two mild complaints; every time the power came on in the room, an annoying TV plug for the hotel started to play. Sometimes, you could press the call button by the pool seats and nobody came. Overall, excellent
The atmosphere of the Hotel was unique.
The property is beautifully situated. It has kept such a high standard. We had access to the private Drinks and food room and this made it extra special. It’s a wonderful hotel right on the beach.
We were on a floor beneath the roof terrace and that was no problem until the end of the evening when moving tables and chairs were very noisy
