Vi har varit här ca 35-40 gånger på detta hotell och det är överlägset bästa hotellet i Marbella utav alla de vi har bott på. Man har läget, servicen o personalen och allt är toppen.

The room was good, it could use an update. The bathroom and floors looked a bit old and used. It was very expensive for the quality of hotel
Excellent stay! Great location with easy access to everything. The food was very good, with plenty of tasty options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Honestly, I didn’t find anything to dislike. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable, and the staff made the stay very enjoyable.
Firstly. I have never had a room so small in a 4 star hotel before. There was a small, open hanging rail for clothes and that’s it. No wardrobe, no drawers, no cupboards. We spent our stay with most of our clothes in our suitcases.
There are larger rooms but hotel was full so no opportunity to change.
Secondly. The aircon in the room never reduced the temperature to below 23.5 degrees C even when leaving it on all day. Hardly cool on a hot summer day.
Thirdly. The sunbeds around the tiny pool (looks so much larger in the pictures) are so close that there’s no space to move. If the couple next to you open the sun umbrella you end up in shade whether you want to or not! They have a ridiculous, sporadically enforced ‘sunbed and towel’ policy too. First day we couldn’t get a bed even though plenty had towels on them for hours without anyone on them. Second day we got up earlier, found some beds and used them all morning. When we went to get some lunch we were told we had 30 mins or our towels and belongings would be removed! Unless you ate lunch in the hotel’s beach club - which is extortionately priced for lunch! As mentioned, this policy was adhered to by some staff, and ignored by others.
All in all, for a four star hotel we thought it was quite poor. Service levels around the pool and bar are hit and miss too. One day we attempted to order coffee by the pool and were told we’d have to wait 15 mins as they were ‘busy’.
La situación en primera linea de playa y la facilidad del acceso con coche privado al parking. La profesionalidad de todo el equipo y su amabilidad. Siempre que vamos a Marbella repetimos.
Hay demasiados artículos de propaganda para comprar y consumir en la habitación. Ahorrarían espacio y tiempo con máquinas expendedoras.

Nosso quarto,apesar de ser non smoking,tinha um cheiro horrível de cigarro, devido ao hospede anterior ser mal educado, porém, o hotel não se antecipa ao problema e entrega o quarto para o próximo hóspede, com esse problema
We had a wonderful stay at Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella celebrating my stepdaughter’s 18th birthday. The location is fantastic, right on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of Marbella Old Town. The hotel is modern, stylish and spotlessly clean, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. Although there was an issue with our birthday package on arrival, the Guest Relations team handled it brilliantly. They were genuinely concerned, kept in touch throughout our stay and kindly provided complimentary bottles of cava on two occasions, which was very much appreciated and made my stepdaughter feel very special.
The beach and poolside team were particularly attentive, always happy to help and proactive in finding us sunbeds together. I really appreciated the effort they made to ensure we could relax together by the pool.
The only disappointment was that the pre-booked birthday package (balloons, cava and note) was not in the room when we arrived. As it was for a special 18th birthday celebration, it was a little upsetting initially. However, the way the hotel acknowledged the mistake and worked hard to make it right was excellent and showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Breakfast was very busy during peak times, which meant we only chose to have breakfast at the hotel on two mornings. This was a personal preference rather than a criticism, as the selection and quality of food were both very good.
