Exteriér hotelu není nejreprezentativnější, ale čistota pokojů, ochota personálu a servis snídaně, vše vynahrazuje.
Pros:

Čistota pokoje i koupelny. Snídaně úžasná. Dlouho jsem tak pestrou snídani v žádném hotelu neměl. TOP.

Cons:

Mobilní klimatizace, i když oceňuji snahu zajistit příjemné prostředí.

Good location but not clean!
Pros:

Location is pretty close the conference point for me, also it was easy to reach from airport and to the city center. Reception was great! Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Wifi is not working well from my room, also room cleaning is the worst I have ever experienced. The cleaning lady doesn't want to do her job; it's obvious. Bathroom cleaning was very bad; even when I first came to my room, there was hair in the shower drain. Also, since the rooms have halıflex carpeting, they require regular cleaning, still they were truly filthy. The bed sheets were never changed, I asked once, and they only replaced the towels (at least..).

Pros:

As we were travelling by car, the important aspect of the accommodation was the access to the road and comfortable parking. This hotel had both, and even more - great walking distance to the centre and Prague’s landmarks, as well as transport means (tram stop nearby) in case we wanted to go further. This hotel met our expectations and we are glad for our choice

Hotel jest stary i zaniedbany. Czystość na fatalnym poziomie. W pokoju zastaliśmy mnóstwo kurzu i śmieci po poprzednich

V tomto hotelu jsem bydlel potřetí a naposledy !!! Po příjezdu jsem po opakovaném zvonění musel vylézt z auta, aby mi někdo otevřel bránu na parkoviště. Pan z recepce mi řekl, že musím zazvonit...
Tak jsem mu řekl, že on musí byt v recepci, aby zvonění slysel a ne seděl venku. První zklamaní. Poté jsem dostal pokoj, kde bylo ještě vidět, že před chvílí jestě někdo ležel v posteli(viz foto).Druhé zklamaní. Další pokoj uklizeno, jen jsem požádal o doplnění mýdla u umyvadla, opět jsem se nedočkal a navíc hrozny smrad odpadů. Třetí zklamaní. Snídaně ovšem velmi dobré a dostatečné množství. A také skvělé místo kousek od hradu.
Celkově za mě NEDOPORUČUJI. Tento hotel to má již za sebou a za stejné peníze lze bydlet lépe

Disappointment for many objective reasons far not improved by reception officer...

only location, considering possibilities of visiting castle....
...thanks to booking.com with solving our different prize count dispute after returning

Cons:

breakfast space and equipment terrible
slow reception, problems with prize (payed vs. booked .. there was no time to discus)
very noisy area - big crossing of streets (cars and trams)
