Perfect location and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Regular guest at this hotel which is in a perfect central location. Staff always very friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast superb. Looking forward to my next stay.

מקום נקי, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד צוות מעולה עוזר ומכוון החדר גדול ומרווח למשפחה עם 2 ילדים. קיבלנו אוטמי אוזניים אבל לא היינו צריכים אותם. המיקום מעולה במרכז העיר נגיש לכל הכוונים.

Hotel jest położony w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko Starego Rynku. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła i pomocna.

Cons:

Wadą jest niestety hałas za oknem gdy ma się okno od strony ulicy (co jest powiązane ze świetną lokalizacją)

Unsatisfactory Experience
Pros:

Few minutes walk from the Astronomical clock of Prague.

Cons:

1) The soap dispenser in the shower closet was not functional - we had to purchase our own shampoo and body wash. 2) garbage disposal in the washroom was broken. 3) Impolite behaviour of the staff at the reception during our check-out. Water bottles and some snack items, which were already kept in our rooms before our arrival, were charged additionally at much higher rates than their usual price.
I will neither book this hotel again in next visit nor will I recommend this hotel to any of my known people. Terrible experience!

Value for money when in Prague
Pros:

The location is right in the middle of old town. Quiet at night and still accessible to restaurants and cafés. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is safe and clean.

Cons:

There was no airconditioning, which was not disclosed on the app when I booked it. There‘s only a small electric fan. The shower water pressure is weak and slow.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, struttura un po' datata ma molto pulita e accogliente. Camera essenziale e ben organizzata con materasso molto comodo.
