Celkově jsem byla s ubytováním spokojena.
Pros:

Lokalita, čistota, příjemný personál. Stanice Metra, tramvajové zastávky, obchody, restaurace - to vše se nachází v bezprostřední blízkosti hotelu. Z vyššího patra je hezký výhled na město.

Cons:

Je-li pokoj s okny na Václavské náměstí, pak je třeba počítat s větším hlukem. (diskotéka v protějším hotelu, brzké ranní práce na náměstí) Recepce pouze do 19 hod.

Was it worth it? Kinda
Pros:

The location is very good and the beds were clean, the staff is friendly and helpful when they are there. Clean enough for a cheaper stay but you should check out other ones too

Cons:

The small fridge was dirty, the toilet paper was bad quality, extremely thin. The door to the barhroom was croocked and needed force to close it. The shower curtain hanger is bad quality and not stable. The main enterance decarations and on each of the levels the bad quality fake plants are all covered in dust. I have been to other EA hotels in Prague and they were much better quality and up kept better, i hope they will improve on some of these because the place does have it’s charm.

מלון טוב במיקום מצויין, ממליץ מאוד.
Pros:

חדר מרווח, נקי ומאובזר. מיקום מעולה במרכז שדרת ואצלאב. מוקף בבתי קפה מסעדות וחנויות רבות.

Cons:

אין דגש על מילוי סבון וניירות טואלט באופן מוחלט. צריך לבקש כדי לקבל ולא צריך להיות כך.

Hotel is quite satisfactory; location a bit less so.
Pros:

We liked the cleanliness of the room and how this was maintained day after day. The room was pleasantly quite spacious.

Cons:

Not really the hotel's fault but although the location on Wenceslas Square is very good and central, the square itself is the hub of the night life with a lot of loud and drunken partying continuing all night long till dawn! We could hear the noise from our room on the fifth floor! Luckily, on the other hand, there was a strong annd visible police presence all the time.

Pros:

The hotel personel was extremely nice! The bed was giant and very very comfortable. There was a safe in the room (which one could automatically use without asking for keys at reception). There was also refridgerator (although it was currently off, so I wouldn't try out whether it really worked).

Cons:

Reception that should have been open nonstop, closed well before 19:00 (at 18:00, maybe?). Also to pay breakfast there was annoyingly expensive, so we had it without, but because the hotel is situated at Vaclavské námestie, all the food shops around were impossibly expensive too, so for this reason the whole food situation kind of sucked. Also the rooms overall were ok, but of course nothing like illustration photos and if I were to choose again, I don't think it would be that much loss to book some three star hotel nearby. But overall, I'm satiafied with the stay.
