Comfy and convenient
Pros:

Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Easy walk to nearby conference centre. Staff were friendly and attentive on check-in/out. I was able to store my luggage while out for the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern decoration. A radio was on and playing when I arrived which was very welcoming. The bathroom was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel - love the (intentional) hole in the shower door so the controls can be used from outside.

Cons:

Parts of the flooring looked damaged and there were old stains on some walls/doors. Just wear and tear things but should be fixable. Could also hear water running almost constantly through the ceiling.

Amazing, perfect location, value for money.
Pros:

Location, vibe, cleanliness, view, friendly, value for money.

Cons:

Room temperature was warm and the air con didn’t seem to go below 18oC
There were no instructions on how to change the temperature.

Cons:

Not sure what was wrong with the towels, but they kept leaving fluff all over us all the time which was annoying

Excellent Hotel, great staff and location.
Pros:

Excellent location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was quirky, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great choice and quality of food at breakfast. Would recommend.

Very relaxing, luxurious shower products, excellent food and staff in a great location.
Pros:

The rooms are quirky but set out lovely. The shower is amazing, best shower ever. Hole in the glass to turn shower on first. No fiddling to get heat correct, very easy to use temperature control. The provided washing gels, shampoo and. Oncitionsrs were fantastic quality and smelled amazing. Breakfast was also excellent, lots of choice for everything and staff very attentive. Location is excellent, very central to walk 5 mins to main shopping area but just away from the crowds. Bed very comfy and fantastic pillows. Slept very well.

Cons:

Bar drinks were very expensive, but there is a Wetherspoons just down the road. Maid should leave more sugar in the coffee tray in the room. I will definitely be back to this hotel with my immediate family

Pros:

The staff were lovely.
Location was perfect for our stay.

Cons:

We booked 4 rooms. One room had no mirror in the bedroom(it had obviously broken at some point because you could see where it should have been). We did have one in the bathroom, but it meant I had to wait to do hair and makeup while my friend showered.
The stock of tea and sugar was really poor. Our room had one sachet of sweetener. I did go down to reception for some, he gave me 4 sachets ( I need atleast 3 per drink)
When our room was cleaned, they took one set of dirty towels but didnt replace them with clean ones.
Our friends room was left open all day after it had been cleaned.
