It was a cool place, nicely decorated and clean and comfy feeling, friendly staff. Really well positioned
In our room one of the lights only flickered on and off, the fridge didn’t work (wasn’t plugged in but when we plugged it in it was noisy and didn’t get cold anyway) and the toilet brush was broken. The TV wasn’t easy to work.
Location to train station and metro good. Easy walk to shops. Friendly staff and hotel quiet for sleeping
Fabulous hotel in a great location. Lovely welcome - all the staff we encountered were above and beyond in terms of being helpful and friendly . Such a comfortable bed. Beautifully clean room with everything we could have asked for and a great view of the city.

Very comfortable, quiet room despite central location. Loved the free-standing bath. Stylish decor & nice atmosphere.
Our shower temperature was very erratic
Beautiful modern hotel in fantastic location. Walking distance from university and city centre. Radio in the room was a great touch. Tea and coffee facilities with nespresso machine was lovely. Bathroom and toiletries great. Very clean and modern room. Really enjoyed staying there. Twin beds very comfortable. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Sound proofing (lack of) between rooms. Where there is an adjoining door, we could hear everything from the room next door.. Parking was expensive. 56 pounds for the weekend in Qpark Sackville Street. Other parking eith discount full. This car park also didn't look very secure.
I chose a premiere queen room, which was really light and spacious. It’s a good, central location and handy for the tram from St Peter’s Square. The breakfast was nice too.
Large comfortable and quiet bedroom. The eggs royale at breakfast were very good. All staff were met were helpful proficient and friendly/polite.
The standard cooked breakfast had a good range of product but suffered from being left under the heat lights. A lot of dust evident in the dining room “above head height”
