The location is great and it’s the key, the rest is only passable.
The rooms really need a revamp. Everything looks in a bit of decay, the breakfast it’s unacceptable considering we are Italy, it’s not continental and it’s not worth the money.
Apartament mare curat cu o vedre minunată spre o grădină superbă se vedea și marea. Este un resort cu grădini superbe are plajă proprie foarte frumoasă. Hotelul este aproape de restaurante și de centru. Ar fi bine să ai mașină pentru că este răspândit pe o suprafață mare și în pantă. Este o zonă cu serpentine greu accesibila pe jos.
Nu există protecție pentru insecte nici la geamuri nici la uși
Posizione ottima, staff disponibile ed educato. Camera ampia pulita. Parcheggio vicinissimo alla stanza.

Nice view from the superior room. Location is nice and close to Porto cervo.
Never seen a 4-star hotel asking guests to wash their dishes / clean the kitchen. Also, this was not communicated beforehand upon checkin. Wifi coverage is poor inside the room.

Το πρωινο χρειαζεται βελτιωση. Επισης βελτιωση χρειαζεται το κρεββατι και το στρωμα.
Nice spacious apartment, beautiful quiet beach with green area to stay in the shade during the peak hot hours, beautiful small lake, nature, old building looking like a castle ..all employees were very kind and helpful! Receptionist helped me find a doctor when I needed it..It is really a great place !
The place is so beautiful that this really did not change our overall impression which is very positive, but if there is something we did not like, I can say it was the breakfast. It was served in a small place, outside, no air-conditioning, with very limited selection of food, every day the same .... The staff tried their best, they were very helpful but the overall impression about breakfast was poor. Similar thing with the bar that was close to the beach, a very limited selection.

Bellissimo posto tranquillo eccellente pulizia gli appartamenti sono bellissimi i ho soggiornato in un appartamento magnolia bellissima vista sul mare spiaggia molto curata ottimo per rilassarsi a pochi km da porto cervo costa smeralda consiglio di fare una vacanza in questa struttura grazie 🙏

La posizione della struttura a liscia di vacca ti consente di poter andare in pochi minuti nei posti più belli della costa smeraldo , e le camere della struttura sono veramente grandi comode e pulite
Il mare della spiaggia del bagaglino non è dei migliori ma basta fare 3 minuti di auto e ti ritrovi in posti eccezionali
