Pros:

Punto strategico della costa smeralda, staff accogliente, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, location un paradiso, la stanza perfetta, con la cucina molto comoda e assieme la veranda abbiamo potuto fare delle cene e colazioni meravigliose, molto romantiche, non è la prima volta che alloggiamo qui, e ovviamente non sarà neanche l’ultima!

They were exactly as we expected and the kitchen had enough utensils to prepare some food in the apartment which was good. Nice being so close to the water.

Cons:

Security and safety. Our friends got robbed (their room was broken into while we were out on a boat) here and the whole situation felt quite dodgy with the hotel. They weren’t particularly empathetic or helpful given the situation which was extremely disappointing.

I have taken a little while to write this review as I needed time to process our experience.

Upon checking in the reception staff were relative friendly and helpful. We mentioned we came from our wedding, they congratulated us & suggested we book a boat trip during our stay & we mentioned that we already had one booked for the next day. The porter showed us to our room & initially had some difficulty getting in but ultimately they were able to resolve this. The room was very dated, with limited kitchen supplies in poor condition. Our room was also positioned next door to the restaurant on the ground floor on the road leading to the beach. Overall, we were very underwhelmed with the room & initially thought about requesting to move but didn't want to be difficult.

The following day we were out on a boat all day. Upon returning we immediately felt that something was off & quickly discovered our suitcases had been broken into. With all of my wedding jewellery stolen alongside a significant amount of cash that was gifted to us.

We immediately went to the reception & asked the staff to call the police for us. To which they suggested we had to call ourselves, we persisted that it was their responsibility so they relunctantly called them. When the police arrived a member of the hotel staff was helpful in translating for us. The police recognised that the room’s door to the patio (which was adjacent to the restaurant & led to the beach) had been broken through. It was by no means a very secure door. The staff seemed surprised that we did not feel safe staying in the room or the hotel, but after an hour of back & forth we were given the option to cancel through booking.com. We luckily found alternative accommodation despite it being 9pm!

Overall, we were left incredibly upset not only by the events that took place but by the hotel's reaction to them.

view not bad but not extraordinary.

Cons:

old.... We got a room that was decorated and designed long time ago! old furniture, kitchen, etc...
I got the feeling Aldo Moro spent his vacations there in the 70's and that the place stayed as it was.
It looks a bit abandoned.
Not the pictures of the rooms I have seen on booking.com. I hate that!
At the end, ratio cost/benefit low. I have to say the place was clean and staff cleaned perfectly on a daily basis. No complain.
Beach not particularly inviting either.

Great staff, very convenient
Pros:

The complex was nice, a little bit old but charming. Rooms were comfortable and spotless, they were cleaned daily. Staff was magnificent, the nicest more accommodating people. They made the stay extra special.

Cons:

There was some construction taking place, but did not disrupt our stay.
