Nice location but bad smell
Pros:

Nice location. Room was clean, but smelled like sewer. Breakfast was average.

La ubicación sin dudas es lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy normalitas y básicas. No es cuatro estrellas. Ni siquiera tienen caja de seguridad. Tampoco calentador de agua. El salón del desayuno es gigante y hay más gente que en Time Squares. El personal de la recepción es efectivo pero cero amabilidad.

Decent hotel in a good location.
Pros:

A large hotel in a good location - just across the road from the old town. Stayed in a "superior" room, which was fine (although the description suggests something rather special). Avoid the busy times in the breakfast room - they have a notice in the lifts indicating the best times - I'd suggest going early as they run out of things if you go later (after the peak period). A perfectly good base for a brief visit to Tallinn, which is a lovely city well worth visiting. Would stay again.

Meisterklasse!
Pros:

Von allen Hotels, in denen ich jemals war, ist dieses hier die Meisterklasse! Absolute Empfehlung! Die Lage ist top, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind, kurz gesagt, der HAMMER! Die Aussicht ist unfassbar toll, s. Foto, und das ist "nur" aus dem Zimmer im 16. Stock aufgenommen. Der Ausblick aus der Rooftop Bar ist berauschend.
Frühstück Ultrareichlicht, für alle was dabei, gute Allergenauszeichnung, sodass ich als Zöliakie-Kranke trotzdem sicher essen kann.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben.
Das Gym ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Eine Mall direkt nebenan, also wirklich direkt daneben, inklusive Busstation.
Wenn ich einen Ort empfehlen kann, dann ist es dieser hier!

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, but renovations are long overdue
Pros:

This hotel has the potential to be outstanding. The location is excellent, the staff and service are top-notch, and the breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The lack of proper renovations is a major letdown. As soon as you step out of the elevator on the 6th floor, you’re greeted by the stuffy, lingering smell of an old Soviet-era building. The economy rooms, in particular, suffer from this issue, while the executive wing feels fresh and clean.
I first noticed this smell last year while staying in the executive wing, but this year, in an economy room, it made for a very unpleasant experience.
The issue isn’t about cleaning—it’s structural. The carpets and drywall need to be removed, and the 1970s Soviet-era concrete structure would require thorough cleaning and drying. Since I don’t expect Sokos Hotels (the Finnish owner) to address this, I’ll be choosing a different place to stay in Tallinn moving forward.

Kyllä se siltä vaikuttaa että suomalaisia ei Tallinnaan haluta.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä. Parkkihalli ja kauppoja Viru-keskuksessa sopivan lähellä. Näkymä huoneesta oli oikein hyvä.

Cons:

Palvelu yleensä, ei hymyä oikein missään, kattoterassin baarin palvelu suorastaan huonoa.
Huone oli jo aika kulahtanut, vois vähän uudistaa pintoja.
