Unfortunately, my stay at Viru Hotel in Tallinn did not meet expectations.

The hotel feels quite old-fashioned and would benefit from renovation and better maintenance. The room was not as comfortable or fresh as expected, and I was especially disappointed to find insects in the room, which made the stay unpleasant.

Breakfast was also rather poor, with limited choice and quality below what I would expect from a hotel of this level.

The location of the hotel is convenient, but overall the experience was disappointing. I hope the hotel will improve cleanliness, room quality, and breakfast service in the future.

Lieliska viesnīca ar mūsu gadījumā izcilu numuriņu 22.stāvā. Liela brokastu telpa, nebija jāuztraucas par brīvu galdiņu. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, blakus vecpilsēta. Noteikti iesaku.

Cons:

Ja būšu ļoti piekasīga, tad varētu lētāku autostāvvietu un mazliet plašāku brokastu piedāvājumu.

Well located near old town, very comfortable.
Pros:

This is a very large hotel. Rooms are quiet and comfortable hotel type rooms. Pleased to have two armchairs in our room. Broad selection of foods on offer at help yourself buffet type breakfast included in room booking. Very well located near old town and transport routes.

朝食が豪華で美味しかった。

Cons:

希望しないとタオル交換をしてくれなかったが、そもそもどう希望するのかよく分からなかった。タオルを床に置いていたら交換しますと案内には書いてあったが交換されていなかったのでロビーに行って交換してもらった。

Hyvä hotelli
Pros:

Toive toteutettiin, saatiin ylimmäisistä kerroksista huone. Yllätys oli, kun vuoteet olivat niin korkeat, että sängyssä maaten näkyi satamaan ja merelle, rauhoittavaa. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja tarjolla paljon eri vaihtoehtoja. Henkilökunta kohtelias ja auttavainen. Suosittelen ystävilleni. Minibaari aina plussaa, että juomat pysyy kylminä.
