Cons:

Tulimme 1.7 ja huone piti saada klo 15. Kävin 5 kertaa itsepalvelu check inissä missä joka kerta sanottiin että huoneesi ei ole valmis ja näin kävi osalle muillekkin ihmisistä. Kauheat jonot tiskille ja sitten siihen laitetti juuri silloin harjoittelijoita mitkä ei osanneet juuri mitään. Huone saatiin 15.40 ei pahoitteluja tai mitään muutakaan. Kannattaa panostaa asiakaspalveluun sekä pitää itsepalvelukoneet toiminnassa..

Pros:

Perhehuone oli loistava! Lapsille kerrossänky, aikuisille 2 yhden hengen vuodetta. Lisäksi huoneessa sohva. Kylpyamme huoneessa lisäsi luksusta. Aamupala erinomainen ja monipuolinen. Viru hotelli on lähellä satamaa ja vanhaa kaupunkia, helppo lähteä myös muualle. Maksulliseen parkkihalliin sai auton koko majoittumisen ajaksi.

Excellent location and a delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is naturally iconic. The children really liked the room, and the view over the harbour area and the sea was very pleasant. Since it was a clear evening/night, the view was even more enjoyable, especially as summer nights in Estonia are not dark. The location is excellent for walking to the old town, the harbour, shopping, or dining.
The breakfast selection is rich and was something we were already looking forward to from our previous visit.

Cons:

There was a small “issue” with the electricity. The handyman who came to check and resolve the situation could certainly have been more polite, especially since he was greeted in the room by our 13-year-old daughter. A more courteous attitude is not too much to ask. The TV channel selection was, to put it mildly, almost non-existent, but that is a minor point.
