Harika bir otel
Pros:

Tesis genel olarak çok iyiydi, çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Otelin olanakları güzeldi. Odamızı upgrate ettikleri için suit odada kaldık ve çok geniş güzeldi. Herşeyin otomatik olması havalıydı ( perdeler, ışıklar) odada espresso makinasının olması çok keyifliydi. Otelin içinde bulunan sapparo (japon) restauranttaki herşey çoo lezzetliydi. Rawi restaurantındaki sous şef (adını unuttuğum için üzgünüm) çok ilgili çok nazikti kendisine teşekkür ederim. Restaurant fiyatları genel olarak çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Genel olarak temizdi fakat temizlik esnasında odada bulunan masaların silinmemesi biraz üzücüydü.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I booked this hotel for 9 nights expecting a clean, comfortable, and professional environment consistent with a 5-star hotel standard. However, from the very first night I could barely sleep for more than 2 hours due to constant itching and discomfort. I also found an insect on the bed that appeared to resemble a bed bug, which was very concerning and disturbing during my stay.

I immediately reported the issue to reception, and although they changed my room and offered an upgrade, the situation was not resolved properly. The replacement room also showed below-average cleanliness standards and did not make me feel comfortable or reassured.

The presence of insects and the level of cleanliness I experienced were simply not what should be expected from a hotel presenting itself as a 5-star property. This experience had a direct impact on my comfort, sleep, and overall quality of stay.

I sincerely hope management takes cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and room inspections far more seriously in order to protect guest wellbeing and maintain the hotel’s reputation.

I also invite the management to visit Dubai and experience the standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and quality at Al Habtoor hotels, where guests truly receive the level of service and comfort expected from luxury hotels.

C’est fabuleux, je suis une personne qui s’intéresse au petit détail, est là je n’ai rien à dire que mon court séjour était fabuleux je tiens absolument à remercier et en particulier Monsieur Omar Abdelazem pour son professionnalisme et pour sa gentillesse au petit déjeuner.
