Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en la urbanización Torre quebrada, tiene buena combinación de autobuses para moverte por todo Benalmadena inclusive a Málaga y Marbella. Las habitaciones tienen buena instalación, nada más salir tiene dos calas preciosas, tiene piedra

Cons:

El bufé, lo mismo para almorzar que para cenar, y todo con mucho condimento, el desayuno es muy completo y variado

Fint hotell til bra pris. Fint uteområde.
Pros:

Kjedelig. Eggene var ekle, baconet var uspiselig.

Cons:

Vi var dessverre uheldig med tidspunktet. Mange skoleelever på hotellet. De slo i veggene så vi ikke fikk sove på natta.

Lo qu me gustó fue la amplitud del apartamento

No me gustó el trato del personal, está todo muy deteriorado, te ofrecen vistas al már te ponen unas fotos maravillosas y cuando te dan el apartamento te dan unas vistas de unos edificios encima de una montaña, el personal muy mal en el momento que te quejas ya son malas caras y no dan ni los buenos días, tienen preferencia los extranjeros a la hora de todo

Los apartamentos están muy bien: son cómodos y, en general, la estancia fue buena. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia quedó empañada por un incidente muy grave en el parking.

Mientras el coche estaba aparcado, se desprendió parte del techo y cayó sobre él, causándole daños. Lo más decepcionante no fue solo el accidente, sino la gestión posterior. Ha pasado más de un mes y seguimos esperando una respuesta. Al principio nos dijeron que se harían cargo del problema, pero después dejaron de darnos soluciones y, en la práctica, se han desentendido por completo.

Como consejo, si vais a utilizar el parking, revisad bien dónde dejáis el coche para evitar que os ocurra algo parecido, porque si surge un problema, nuestra experiencia ha sido que no asumen la responsabilidad ni ofrecen una solución.

La entrada y la salida

Me gustó todo y sobre todo la camarera del buffet

No veo normal que den las habitaciones a las 17:00 y te hagan salir a las 12:00, el sofás cama no era muy seguro para los niños ya que algunos hierros se le quedaban fuera y otra cosa que el frigorífico no funcionaba bien la parte de enfriar
