Nuestra experiencia en Flatotel fue pésima. El lobby del hotel está cuidado, pero las habitaciones son un desastre y están totalmente abandonadas.

Las sillas estaban destruidas y manchadas, el sofá se hundía completamente y era imposible dormir allí, algo gravísimo siendo una reserva para 3 personas. El colchón era finísimo, incómodo y también estaba manchado. Además, los aires acondicionados del dormitorio y del living perdían agua constantemente, mojando ropa y pertenencias personales dentro de la habitación.

Lo más indignante fue la falta total de soluciones. Hicimos varios reclamos y nunca recibimos una respuesta seria ni un cambio de habitación. La única “solución” fue traer una cama porque el sofá era inutilizable.

Lo único rescatable fue la amabilidad del personal de limpieza y mantenimiento de la tarde, que intentaron ayudar dentro de lo posible. Más allá de eso, el estado del mobiliario y el mantenimiento del hotel no son acorde a lo que se promociona, ni su precio. No lo recomendaría nunca.

Not strongest beds and needed and extra pillow. Most of the staff was sadly not to friendly. Not much breakfast option for my son with egg allergy. Bare and cold floor by the bed.

Hundreds of kids, took over pool, shouted outside my room until gone 11 and again the following morning as they waited for breakfast. Glad I was only there for one night.

Det var otroligt mycket liv från grupper av ungdomar som bodde på samma boende (på samma våningsplan, våningen under, utanför boendet samt vid pool-området). Bristfällig köksutrustning, inget extra toalettpapper, inga extra kuddar mm. Kaffebryggare fick efterfrågas trots att det skulle ingå i boendet samt det fanns ingen tillgänglig diskutrustning som brukligt är vid självhushåll.

Очень удобная и широкая кровать. Просторная комната. Большой балкон. Подсветка в кровати, удобно читать . Шторы и жалюзи закрывали свет утром. Душ и туалет удобные и просторные. Рядом пляж, очень мало людей на нем. Красивые виды. Вкусное пиво в баре. Классный бассейн .Спасибо.

Зеркало было только в ванной. Хотелось зеркало в комнате. Возле шкафа. Мы ходили на завтрак, посуда моется не очень хорошо. Попадались жирные тарелки. В отеле было много детей, как пионерский лагерь. Они очень шумели, в 23.30 мы выходили в коридор чтобы сказать свое недовольство.. но детям было всё равно))) молодость и шум это понятно. Но клиентам лучше взять беруши. К отелю претензий нет.
