Las habitaciones estaban poco cuidadas, alguna puerta estaba un poco rota y en las habitaciones contiguas la gente fumaba porque la salir a coger el ascensor todos los días había olor a tabaco

On the positive side, the apartment was spacious, the location was great, and the swimming pool was nice. They also organized enjoyable activities.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very poor. The bedroom was extremely hot, and the AC in the living room was leaking. We asked several times for it to be fixed, but the problem continued. Housekeeping only came once every two days. For the price we paid, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep properly for 5 nights because of the AC.

Pros:

La zona de piscina, estupenda el agua muy limpia, pero las escaleras de la piscina muy mal los peldaños para salir del agua están muy por debajo para poder salir de la piscina y cuesta mucho trabajo, el buffet no está mal, aunque el peor los desayunos, muy pobre y no había ni churros ni tortitas muy básico, fruta si había mucha variedad, en definitiva muy repetitivo todo, los almuerzos y cenas estaban mejor, pero había poca variedad, pero la calidad estaba bien, para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, el apartamento, necesita una reforma y la terraza q nos tocó,estaba toda llena de pintura de no haber quitado cuando pintaron y la mesa de fuera sucia no lo siguiente, muchos armarios empotrados éso nos gustó bastante, no había escobillero en los servicios y tampoco no un tenderete para colgar ropa éso muy mal, sólo había un espejo en el baño, con lo cual si estaba ocupado, tú no puedes arreglarte hasta q no salga ésa persona , con la mascota muy bien, aunque podían tener una zona en la piscina con la cual puedas estar con tú perro, estuve en un hotel el año pasado q fue fabuloso en ése aspecto

Muy caro las bebidas, una pasada y pagar 3€ por toalla de piscina, me parece fatal, en ningún hotel he visto q te cobren por una toalla, yo usé las mías y casi todo el mundo q estaba allí igualmente, cada vez q pedías una bebida había q pagar en el momento, en otros hoteles,pagas al final o lo incluyen en tú número de habitación, después los animadores, eran muy pesados obligando a la gente a salir a la piscina, Prácticamente obligaban a la gente a salir sin tener ganas, hay gente q van a estár tranquilos y relajados y no tienen ganas de ponerse a pegar saltos, me parece muy bien q animen a la gente, pero no obligar o basayar, pagar 17€ por mascota cada noche me parece un robo y sin tener ningún tipo de detalles con ellos, ni camita ni chuches ni juguetes ni comedero y bebedero, en otros hoteles te dan todo éso, después los apartamentos lo limpian cada 2 días, si hemos pagado al igual que una habitación de hotel, deberían de limpiar a diario

No me gustó que entrarán cuando ya estábamos instalados a dejar las sábanas ,la piscina tiene el césped regular ,no se puede fumar pero si vapear y ocupar toda la piscina jugando al balón los grupos de chavales ,las escaleras de la piscina estaban mal para salir y entrar en total el mantenimiento de la piscina deja mucho que desear
