Un hôtel haut de gamme à l'emplacement idéal
Pros:

Un hôtel idéal face aux îles borromées qui propose une décoration très soignée. Le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix et un cadre magnifique grâce à sa terrasse. Le personnel était très professionnel et à l'écoute. La piscine est très grande et présente de nombreux transats et parasols.

Cons:

Nous avons observé un petit bémol concernant l'espace piscine : les serviettes censées être fournies ne sont plus disponibles à partir de 18h, alors que la piscine ferme plus tard.

Locatie aan de blvd en afstand tot centrum is perfect

Cons:

Zwembad pas open vanaf 10 uur. Zwem graag in de ochtend. Personeel erg onvriendelijk, lijkt wel of niemand het naar zijn zin heeft

Peti déjeuner, la piscine

Cons:

L’hôtel et malheureusement tout ce qui va avec devient un peu vieillot, meme si in s’y sent encore bien! Je ne pense pas y retourner de si tôt… et pourtant j’y ai passé maintes vacances!

Schönes Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, super zentrumsnah.
Staff sehr kompetent und lösungsorientiert, insbesondere die Rezeption. Schönes, geschichtsträchtiges Hotel, wenn man nicht "modern" wohnen will.

Cons:

Handtuchausgabe im Garten nur bis 18:00 möglich.
SPA Bereich deutlich zu klein und Liegebereich unterdimensioniert. Muss man Glück haben, einen Platz zu finden.
Minibar wurde an eine externe Firma ausgelagert. Wenn man Inhalt nur verschiebt, kann man zur Kassa gebeten werden.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Doppel-Zimmer mit Blick auf den See war wunderbar. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Das Frühstück mit der grossen Auswahl an Speisen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein und hatte keinen Ausblick.

Enjoy some old world style, comfort and the beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

This is undoubtedly one of those hotels that allows us to travel back to a period in history our parents and grandparents enjoyed. It is worth your while to have a look at the ceilings and the intricate design of the marble floors. The presentation is historical luxury. If you have a lakeside room, you will be well rewarded by the décor and the amazing view – it’s stunning. The breakfast is very good, with enough to satisfy most tastes. A trip down to the “Sporting Centre” is well worth it. The gym may be somewhat small but adequate; the pool and Jacuzzis surrounded by rocks are beautiful.

Très bon séjour sympa dans un cadre incroyable

Le cadre luxueux, les 2 piscines, le Spa, le petit déjeuner, le personnel.

Cons:

J'ai moins apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir 1 vrai 3ème lit dans la chambre à la place du canapé lit.
