A historic trip back to glorious days
Pros:

The architecture, the noble marble interior

Needs Restotation in many areas, Service is Not according to Hotel category.
No courtesy drinking water, Not Even at arrival day.
No Body Lotion in the bathroom, Not even after informing housekeeping

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities

Cons:

Pool area was lovely and clean. Only small negative would be a suggestion to improve the quality of the sun loungers and umbrellas as they are a bit dated

Great Opulent Hotel with Traditional Italian Service
Pros:

Wow - this is an extravagantly opulent hotel in the Belle Epoch style . They have succeeded in retaining all the style & character of the 1908 hotel. Some might think it’s a bit over the top and it does overdo the silk flowers on the stairs! The hotel is immaculately decorated and maintained . The well equipped bedroom was smallish but had a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and modern bathroom but unfortunately no bath . The highlight however is the stunning dining room and terrace overlooking the lake . The table settings with proper table linen, silver plated chargers, cutlery etc are gorgeous. I love the monogrammed crockery, soap , towels, sugar sachets eye etc!! The smartly attired waiters add to the traditional Italian service which was pretty good and very theatrical . The buffet breakfast was very good with and the four course dinners pretty good . Our main gripe was the main courses were a bit disappointing and often not that hot .
The gardens are stunning and immaculately kept and the pool area is lovely as is the pool restaurant.
Only downside is the price of the drinks but altogether a wonderful traditional hotel with all the good old fashioned attributes hard to find in the UK !! Pretty good value too

Amazing, luxurious hotel
Pros:

We have just spent 4 nights at Regina Palace which is an amazing hotel. I cannot fault anything, the hotel is very classy, beautifully furnished and the service we received was first class. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and very informative. We had a lakeside view room which was lovely and serviced impeccably. We were on half board and the food was very good, beautifully served and very attentive waiting staff. The grounds are beautiful, the swimming pool and seating area very spacious. It is among one of the best hotels we have stayed in and would highly recommend it. I cannot believe it is only rated 4 star, it should be 5 star plus and I hope to return again.

Наличен просторен паркинг. Красива градина.

Cons:

Бяхме настанени в таванска стая с малки прозорци. Тясна баня с неудобна и напълно излишна вана, а тоалетната чиния е зад вратата. Два дни поред камериерката оставяше само една кърпа за баня, макар че бяхме двама - след като три пъти слизах до рецепцията, едва вечерта на втория ден донесоха втора кърпа.

Le déjeuner

Cons:

Chambre très sombre sans aucune vue.
Salle de bain vieillotte. Pas de pommeau dans la douche. Très pénible pour se laver les cheveux. Baignoire mal entretenu (jets et joints). Porte de douche ferme mal et l'eau coule vers l'extérieur.

Bel établissement qui se repose sur sa notoriété et son emplacement qui devrait se recentrer client

L’emplacement et le lieu chargé d’histoire avec son mobilier d’époque et le charme suranné des vieux palaces .

Cons:

L’indigence des petits déjeuners : choix minimaliste ( hors suppléments ) sans renouvellement, absence de jus de fruits naturels . Hygiène douteuse du couvre-lit dans notre chambre responsable de nombreuses piqûres chaque nuit en l’absence de tout insecte volant . Les serviettes de toilette ainsi que les peignoirs étaient élimés et usés indignes de ce type d’établissement. Absence de body lotion, de miroir grossissant , des chaussons/skippers importables pour qui chausse moins de 40 . Les sièges des balconnets inadaptés . Absence de petites tables à la piscine entre les sûrs beds . Tous ces manquements ont altérés l’impression d’ensemble qu’un tel lieu devrait laisser . La direction n’est pas orienté client individuel qui passe 4 nuits mais privilégie les groupes de passage .
