Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war sehr sauber, das Frühstück überragend, das Bett bequem und der Service sehr gut.
Es liegt sehr weit draußen, jedoch gut angebunden an die Central Line.
Just stayed here for 3 nights. Arrived early and was able to check into room, which was great. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kettle and coffee machine. Complimentary milk, water and a beer in the rooms. Great bathroom and super comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned daily. The breakfast options were brilliant and the food was amazing. The tube is a 5 minute walk so great for getting around. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit London.

Booked a deluxe room. Bed lovely and comfy. Excellent shower. Perfect for what we needed and pub was a definite bonus
Het ontbijt is hier echt geweldig! Daarnaast liggen de bedden lekker, zijn de kamers ruim en schoon en ligt het hotel op loopafstand van de metro. En dat alles voor een goede prijs. Ik ben fan van dit hotel en kom hier elke keer als ik in Londen ben weer terug!
Het is iets verder van het centrum dan sommige andere hotels maar dat voelt voor mij niet als een probleem omdat de metro alsnog best dichtbij is.

Walls were thin
The room was fine although the adjustable shower head was loose so it had to be hand held all the time.
The location suited us as it is outside the London "Zones" and it was no problem getting a bus to Ealing Broadway using our bus pass. Then we got the tube into the City.
The room was quite dark even with all the lights on. We didn't find the refrigerator until just before we were checking out after two nights as it was black and pushed back under the desk.
Breakfast was hit and miss. The first day it was fine although the bacon was cremated. The second day we waited ages for our order to be taken which didn't happen. So in the end we just used the cold buffet. It's a shame there is no toaster.
Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Huoneessa vesi, tee ja kahvi+ maito sisältyivät hintaan. Hotellissa majoittuvat saivat pubissa alennusta.
Ehkä hieman syrjäinen sijainti , mutta toisaalta kuitenkin metropysäkin (central line )lähellä.
Sehr gemütlich, tolles Frühstück, jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer geputzt und Tee nachgefüllt.
Vor unserem Zimmerfenster war ein Einkaufswagen abgestellt.
