Ladestation in der Tiefgarage, kostenlose Parkplätze, Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Die Fassade müsste mal aufgemöbelt werden.
Die Lobby war anfangs sehr schmutzig. Die Fenster waren so schmutzig, dass wir dachten, draußen wäre Nebel.

Very friendly staff (Leticia and Katarina front desk, and Goncalo in the dining room) helpful and supportive of our needs, beautiful setting; clean and comfortable. Our windows were open at night where we could hear the waves, and the wind.

Staff,mezza pensione nel ristorante convenzionato,si mangia bene,personale gentile e preparato,un pò lento.

Per far aprire la staffa del parcheggio privato dell'hotel ,bisogna scendere dall'auto e recarsi alla reception per farsi alzare la leva,per un 4 stelle non va bene. La colazione non è da 4 stelle:tutti i prodotti da forno,compreso il pane,sono prodotti decongelati e passati al forno e di qualità mediocre,nessun dolce locale,fatto in giornata e nessun prodotto da forno di panetteria.Il caffè imbevibile,un solo tipo di latte,succhi industriali.Forte puzza di cloro al 4 piano,bagno spazioso ma ,come al solito ,manca il bidet.

Fraca limpeza e manutenção inexistente.
Estivemos em três quartos distintos: o primeiro cheirava s esgoto; o segundo, onde dormimos, não tinha telefone ligado á recepção, comando da televisão tinha as pilhas presas com fita cola, vidros não estavam limpos, e não tinha água quente! Para tomar banho fomos a outro quarto!!
Não havia nenhum responsável do hotel presente para ouvir a nossa reclamação pois como nos disseram era feriado!
