La cercanía a la Praia de Lavadores

Cons:

La habitación. Olor a cigarro. Aire acondicionado no funcionaba y caja fuerte o.de seguridad no había. La actitud de la gente de recepción pésima.

Der Aufzug war des öfteren defekt,

Perfect place to stay near great restaurants and the beach

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is kind, and the price–performance ratio has been good.

Unfortunately, something happened to me and to several acquaintances from Switzerland (who booked this hotel based on my recommendation) that was very disappointing. A young receptionist was consistently very unfriendly. Already at check-in, she stated that she did not speak English and was unwilling to assist us. She was on her private phone during work and seemed visibly annoyed to help.

A few hours later, when her supervisor was apparently present, she suddenly spoke fluent English and was very friendly. However, on the following days, when she was again working alone, it was very difficult to interact with her.

I was satisfied with all other staff members, but my experience with this particular employee was unfortunately very unpleasant. Other guests also mentioned similar issues, as she refused to assist in English with simple requests such as storing luggage or checking in.

Overall, the interaction felt disrespectful and unhelpful until supervisors were present
