Wonderful stay in the heart of Patong

Fabulous property in such a great area of Patong. We had the pool access room and it was DIVINE.

ومن الملاحظات أيضًا أن اللوبي غير مكيف خلال النهار، مما يجعل الجلوس فيه غير مريح، خاصة مع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة.
كما أن الغرف لا تحتوي على ستائر تعتيم (Blackout Curtains)، لذلك تدخل الإضاءة إلى الغرفة منذ الصباح الباكر، مما يؤثر على الراحة وجودة النوم.
وتنضيف الغرف غير جيد

يرجى التكرم بالعلم أن الفندق يتكون من جزأين: مبنى جديد وآخر قديم، ويظهر في موقع بوكينج باسم (اليت ). للأسف، جميع الصور المعروضة في الموقع تخص المبنى الجديد، بينما قد يتم تسكين النزلاء في المبنى القديم، وهو ما قد يسبب انطباعًا غير دقيق لدى النزلاء.

كما أن الفندق يفرض رسوماً على بطاقات الدخول الخاصة بالغرف، حيث يتم احتساب 200 بات في حال فقدان البطاقة، وهو أمر مستغرب بالنسبة لفندق مصنف خمس نجوم.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يطلب الفندق بقيمة 500 بات مقابل ضياع بطاقة المناشف المسبح . وبرأيي، فإن هذه الإجراءات لا تتناسب مع مستوى الخدمة المتوقع من فندق خمس نجوم.

Very rude staff and broken TV which they refused to deal with

Leaving the hotel and checking into another hotel

Cons:

Arrived to be met by VERY ride staff, elderly lady called "FUN" who is not a suitable person to be engaged in the hospitality business. The Smart TV was broken and we were advised by Fun that to upgrade to a room with a working smart TV would cost another 2000 baht.
Then the actual standard terrestial TV also was broken and no channels were operational, waited 1 hour for the technician to come, but he could not fix anything.
Bearing in mind we are in the low season with all hotels at around 25% occupancy, the refusla of FUN to assist and move us to another room that had a working TV is a disgrace

الفندق نظيف وموقع الفندف هادئ بعيد صخب شارع البنغلا الغرفة واسعة البوفيه جيد وفيه خيارات حلال وقريب من البحر يبعد 3 دقايق مشي بس
انصح الي بحجز انه يحجز في المبنى الجديد لان الغرف افضل
مقابل الفندق فيه اكثر من صراف وفيه مغسلة ثياب و سوبر ماركة 7/11 قريب

Property is near by beach and easy to commute for shops

Cons:

The behavior of the staff was quite rude, and they were not cooperative at all. When I requested cutlery, they initially refused to provide it. After a lengthy argument, they finally gave me a whisky glass and even asked me to sign a paper for it.
I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend this hotel to others. There was also a significant language barrier, as the staff struggled to understand and communicate in English, which made the situation even more frustrating.

اولا شيء مكان بعيد لازم تروح بتكسي و ترجع بتكسي و معاملته زفت اخوي ساكن فندق قريب مني مايدخلونه لازم يدفع 1300 بات ولوبي عندهم حرا موت وعندهم لوبي اصغير في تكيف داخله ساعه 7 المغرب يتسكر والغرفه لو اتدوخ فيها غرامه 5000 بات يعني يا حبيبي لا تسكن
