Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. La struttura presenta diversi aspetti da migliorare, l’attenzione al cliente. ll personale si è dimostrato gentile , tuttavia, ho riscontrato una gestione poco attenta alle esigenze quotidiane degli ospiti e una limitata cura del cliente durante il soggiorno. A questo punto il rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi è sembrato adeguato. Mi aspettavo un’esperienza decisamente migliore . Intendo segnalare formalmente un disservizio relativo alla gestione di un voucher rilasciato dalla struttura alberghiera.
A seguito della documentazione e della comunicazione ufficiale ricevuta dall'hotel, mi sono recato presso il centro outlet di Enna con la convinzione che il voucher fosse regolarmente valido e utilizzabile secondo le condizioni indicate.
Tuttavia, al momento della presentazione presso il centro outlet [info point], mi è stato comunicato che il voucher non risultava valido e non poteva essere utilizzato anche dopo conversazione telefonica [hotel e info point Enna].
Tale situazione mi ha arrecato un evidente disagio, in quanto mi sono recato presso la struttura commerciale facendo affidamento sulla validità della documentazione ufficiale ricevuta dall'hotel.
