Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Toller Pool. Der Wellnessbereich kostet extra haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Der Pool war völlig ausreichend. Der Strand, die nächsten Lokale und eine Bushaltestelle waren nur wenige Minuten entfernt

Hotel würde ich wieder buchen, allerdings muss man auf die Zusatzkosten achten

Hotel-Lobby sehr modern, Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt, ruhige Lage, Strandnähe, Restaurants fussläufig;
Sehr nettes Barpersonal im Hotel, Frühstücksbuffet super

Cons:

Zimmer zweckmäßig, unpersönlich; Beleuchtung im Zimmer ungemütlich; Speisesaal sehr groß;
Zusatzkosten: für Parken, Liegen und Sonnenschirm am Strand etc.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! LA colazione abbondante e varia, LA cena idem, i camerieri e il capo sala molto gentili e alla mano, cordiali e sorridenti! I servizi al top, non ho avuto la possibilità di provare i massaggi a causa del tempo, ma comunque tutto mi è piaciuto moltissimo! L'interno e l'esterno curati nei minimi dettagli, con gli addetti ai lavori perennemente a lavoro. La palestra molto ricca di strumenti. Insomma tutto eccellente!

Grandhotel mit Retrocharme
Pros:

Das Hotel wirkt wie ein Grandhotel aus einem Film! Es liegt fußläufig zum Strand. Die Hotellobby ist neu renoviert mit einer tollen Bar. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich! Beim Frühstück können wir die frischen Orangen sehr empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas älter, aber alles sauber und hat gut funktioniert. Der Spabereich kostet extra (ca 20 Euro pro Tag) und wir haben ihn nicht genutzt.

Pros:

Très bonne situation pour cet hôtel avec magnifique vue sur l'Etna depuis la chambre. Personnel très aimable et disponible. Repas gastronomiques très copieux au restaurant avec beaucoup de choix.. Petite salle de sport bien équipée.

Cons:

Piscine extérieure non chauffée, baignade difficile à la mi avril ! Tarif SPA plutôt onéreux.
Plage privée fermée à cette période.
