Aceptable pero tienen un problema con el ruido de los suelos
Pros:

Bien comunicado con el centro

Cons:

Lo del ruido es un problema real, los suelos de madera crujen muchísimo, cualquier persona que pase por el pasillo o escaleras puede suponer que te despiertes en mitad de la noche

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ansprechend. Auch wenn das Möbliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Aber das hat für uns den Charme ausgemacht.

Cons:

Es gab leider kein Frühstück. Das war aber bekannt und kein wirkliches Problem

Va bene per una notte

Zona comoda vicino alla stazione

Cons:

C e l'ascensore ma non si può usare, inoltre non si può lasciare la valigia perché non c'è nessuno alla reception fino le 12... molto scomodo anche se si arriva la mattina e si vuole lasciare la valigia senza necessariamente fare il checkin

Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin am Kurfürstendamm
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe vom Kurfürstendamm. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von S-Bahn Haltestelle und 5 Minuten zu Haltestelle Buslinie. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants, Cafes, Bäckereien leicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein REWE Supermarkt nicht weit weg, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkauf bis 23:00Uhr möglich.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, Rezeption im ersten Stock, man muß viele Treppen laufen. Das Badezimmer war für meinen Geschack zu klein. Aber für uns OK, wir waren nur kurz in Berlin, nur eine Übernachtung.

Pros:

Beautiful old building in an upscale area. Spacious room. Very clean.

Cons:

Only 1 pillow was provided. It was often difficult to find staff on site. I needed to call them to get help.

Sentralt, men veldig enkelt.

Beliggenheten, god madrass, hyggelig personale

Kronglete opplegg med resepsjon, ikke drikkeglass på badet, ingen såpe i dusjen, ingen heis, trangt bad.

Gute Lage, auch sauber, aber minimalistischer Komfort

Lage ist prima, auch das Gebäude von 1904 ist imposant.

Cons:

Minimale Ausstattung, nicht mal ein Stuhl/Sessel, das Bad minimalistisch, Licht viel zu dunkel, teils defekt, Fernseher geht nicht, kein Frühstück.

Telas de araña en las habitaciones, subir un tercero sin ascensor, mosquitos, cada vez que te movías sonaba todo, habitaciones de los años 60, las habitaciones solo se hicieron un día (alojándonos 4)
