Pros:

Good location (in a pine forest), adequate private beach, attentive guest service personnel, decent breakfast, adequate internet. A lot of facilities and activities for children. Generally clean (although not as squeaky clean as it common for high-class Turkish hotels).

Cons:

First of all, this is not a traditional 5-star hotel. It is essentially a specialized facility designed for the mass processing of middle-class Eastern European families with a lot of (very noisy!) children looking for a decent beach vacation in Turkey. If you fit into that category, you'll be perfectly fine. For solo travelers like me, however, it is one of the worst choices you could make.

The property is literally teeming with its core demographic. Naturally, they are loud and sometimes unruly. The cacophony of shouting, laughing, and screaming kids, babies, and moms follows you virtually everywhere, and the poor room soundproofing doesn't help. The bar food is mostly junk - burgers, fries, and pizza. The kids love it, but personally, I'm a bit too old for that stuff.

The kitchen staff clearly specializes in mass production rather than quality. I ordered two medium grilled steaks through guest services (for myself and for a guest). While the guest service staff was attentive and the food arrived exactly on time, the steaks looked and tasted as if they had been microwaved, not properly grilled.

Now for the most irritating part: be prepared for blatant rip-offs on literally everything not included in the standard vacation package. Those barely adequate steaks cost €25 each - the price of a top-quality steak at a high-end Turkish restaurant. If you have a guest visiting you, you have to pay a whopping €80 per visit. If you try to book a taxi through the hotel, they will charge you more for a standard yellow cab than you would pay for a luxury minivan hired online.

The only exception to this pattern was that the hotel agreed to extend my checkout until 14:00 free of charge. Even then, they cut off my in-room internet access right at 12:00.

Modest place with good dinners and a nice beach
Pros:

Green territory (vegetation), a lot of sun chairs on the beach, entertainment program, dinners.

Cons:

It’s a pretty old building with very small balconies even in deluxe rooms facing the sea. The receptionist is a young girl not empowered to take decisions and speaking poor english.

Pros:

Отличный отель, отдыхали в нем в 2025 году, в 2026 тоже решили остановить выбор на нем - и, как показалось, за год стало даже лучше! Никаких нареканий к чистоте и убранству номеров. Еда в изобилии, вкусно и разнообразно. Персонал потрясающий - все очень дружелюбны и приветливы. У нас была задержка рейса на 2.5ч, нам бесплатно продлили пребывание в отеле на это время.

Pros:

Мой отдых был 10 из 10 в этом отеле. Ландшафт, обслуживание все было на высоте. В отеле работает прекрасная Anna Kyrylova с Guest Relation которая за несколько минут решила мой сложный вопрос. Благодаря ей мой отдых стал еще лучше. Главный ресторан порадовал огромным выбором вкусной еды, я была приятно удивлена ежедневным наличием красной рыбы . Официанты выше всех похвал, вечером нас обслуживал Muhammed, он давал почувствовать каждому гостю, что он особенный и к каждому находил свой подход, работал очень быстро и качественно. Утром нас обслуживала трудолюбивая Zhansaya. Женщина которая убирала 5 этаж, была всегда приветлива и радостная когда нас видела , убирала отлично. Номер 1553 был идеальный, мы с балкона могли смотреть на море и бассейны , а вечером с балкона смотреть шоу ) Так же когда мы меняли полотенца возле бассейна, мужчина выдающий нам полотенца своими шутками улучшал нам настроение. А еще я думаю , что мороженое в этом отеле самое вкусное. Мы обязательно сюда еще вернёмся)

Wir möchten mit meinen Kindern unbedingt wieder kommen. So eine schöne Atmosphäre. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und es gibt einfach soviele verschiedene Möglichkeiten an unterschiedlichen Stellen. Das Essen war sehr gut und sehr schön zubereitet. Das Personal ist überall sehr freundlich gewesen.

Le gars au shop des maillots en bas qui nous a pris ma femme et moi 50 euro gratuitement en nous faire croire qu’on a volé un bas de maillot chose que c’est inadmissible dans hôtel 5 étoiles , On demandait la caméra pour vérifier , il refuse en mentionnant que c’est hors service , le séjour allait bien jusqu’à cet acte qui a tout bouleversé et gâcher notre trip

Отдыхали в этом отеле с мужем — остались очень довольны! С самого начала всё было на высшем уровне: приветливый персонал, быстрое заселение и уютная атмосфера.
Номер чистый, комфортный, всё продумано до мелочей. Уборка проводилась регулярно, всегда было приятно возвращаться в номер. Территория отеля ухоженная и красивая, идеальна как для спокойного отдыха, так и для приятных прогулок.
Питание тоже порадовало — разнообразно, вкусно и качественно. Каждый день находили для себя что-то новое. Отдельно хочется отметить внимательное отношение персонала — всегда готовы помочь и сделать отдых ещё приятнее.
В целом отдых прошёл просто замечательно. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и близким!
