Good family resort with nice facilities and helpful Guest Relations, but some areas need better foll
Pros:

The resort has a good location, large green areas, beautiful gardens, and many places to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors. The food tasted good overall, and the facilities were suitable for families. A special thank you to Ms. Anna from Guest Relations, who was very friendly, helpful, and always tried her best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

Some issues during our stay needed more careful attention and better follow-up after being reported. The hotel would benefit from more precise checking and faster coordination between departments to make sure problems are fully resolved.

Pros:

Everything else was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially loved having tables in the garden and being surrounded by such a beautiful, green environment.

The pool was spacious and a good size, and having an aqua park was very exciting for my children. The sea was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely sandy beach.

The food was good overall, although it could have been a little more flavourful. Apart from that, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything, the staff is amazing, the hotel has a beautiful garden, the cleanliness is top notch and the all inclusive service is impeccable.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение (от аэропорта ехали минут 40-45), хороший бассейн, море было великолепно, на территории отеля много зелени.

Cons:

Отель не новый, оборудование устарело, питание однообразное, но выбор большой. На мой взгляд отель перегружен. На ужин сложно найти свободный столик. Уборка номера формальная. На пляже и у бассейна сложно найти место в тени.

Les chambres sont très bien rangées. Le ménage est très bien fait. L’accueil est parfait il activités tout au long de la journée et ainsi que le soir sont très bien encadré et le personnel est au petit soins avec les clients. tout le long de la journée, il y a quelque chose à faire très complet. Le spa est vraiment bien aussi. Les massages sont très relaxant et reposant.
Le kit Club est aussi complet ainsi que l’animation pour les enfants et le restaurant pour enfants et parfait pour pour les petits. Le la restauration était aussi plus que complète

A very nice place overall. The staff were extremely helpful in every way. Had a very interesting and good chat with Mehm
Pros:

Accessibility from rooms to any area very easy. All areas very clearly marked. Dining area is big. A lot of variety for food.

Cons:

They don’t have small pillows. All pillows are huge. We asked few members of staff to replace but they said they only have one size pillows. We had to use towels as pillows.
