Не понравилась уборка номеров - горничная вечно приходила после обеда, когда мы отдыхали в номере в самое жаркое время. Она часто без стука заходила в номер. Не всегда мыла пол и за две недели один раз сменила постельное белье.

Cons:

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Hotel und der Service waren gut. Allerdings war das Show-Programm an den meisten Tagen leider etwas langweilig und wenig abwechslungsreich. Besonders störend war, dass der Show-Manager während der Veranstaltungen sehr viel über das Mikrofon gesprochen und dadurch teilweise sogar die DJ-Musik unterbrochen hat. Auch das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber das Menü war an den meisten Tagen sehr ähnlich und hätte mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, mit etwas Verbesserungspotenzial beim Unterhaltungsprogramm und bei der Auswahl der Speisen.

Bâtiment et équipement vétuste, hôtel plutôt 3 étoiles pas du tout 5 étoiles!
Pros:

Piscine est assez grande, les toboggans sont sympas

Ménage:
Les chambres sont mal nettoyées, les femmes de ménage font tout le temps le ménage à l’heure de la sieste, même si on met la carte «  ne pas déranger ». C’est assez compliqué vu qu’on est venus avec les enfants.

Mal isolé, on entend des voisins parler au téléphone dans leurs chambres

Les machines à café sont tout le temps vide

La cuisine est très fade, il y a beaucoup de choix mais du coup la préférence est mise sur la quantité pas sur la qualité
Les boissons sont coupées à l’eau, les jus, les sodas, les cocktails tout est coupé à l’eau
Toilettes plage ou accueil ou piscine tout le temps sales
Mini club
Équipement sale, la piscine à balle est posée sur une vieille moquette plus que sale. L’extérieur et les jeux donnent envie sur les photos, en réalité tout est vétuste.
Personnel :
On a demandé de changer la chambre pour se rapprocher de notre famille, car le but du voyage c’était de les voir. On a demandé avant le Check in d’être placé à côté, finalement on nous a placé dans un autre bâtiment. On a demandé de payer la différence de prix pour être placé à côté d’eux. La femme a l’accueil a dit ok mais en entendant que je parlais russe avec ma famille elle a changé d’avis. Je comprends toujours pas pourquoi! Hallucinant!

Great location for family vacation
Pros:

The standard room are a good size (family of 3)
They provided a baby cot without us asking.
Food was good,lots of fresh legumes and fruit
The pools are really nice, especially if you are visiting with kids. There is a good beach front.
The live shows were great. Amazing acrobats
Messages were good too. (Extra charge)

Cons:

The smurf houses( for kids )could be renovated.
Many of the cakes were overly sweet.
The resort is kind of dead after 23:00

Clean facilities, friendly and professional staff
Pros:

Staff was professional friendly and well prepared.
They instantly took action when we had problems to resolve them.
Facility is clean and entertaining programs were fine.

Cons:

They are not 100% ready for the gluten intolerant guests
Yes they offer some options but it is not enough to cover all expectations.
But they did their best to support us.

Pros:

Excellente géolocalisation, très proche de la plage, avec une chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable.
Une mention toute particulière pour Asya, la dame d’entretien, qui mérite vraiment d’être félicitée. Malgré un travail certainement très éprouvant, elle avait toujours le sourire, beaucoup de gentillesse et une attention remarquable. Pour moi, c’est sans aucun doute la meilleure employée de l’hôtel. Un grand merci à elle pour son dévouement et sa bonne humeur !

Cons:

En revanche, l’attitude des barmans au bord de la plage a été très décevante. Ils étaient particulièrement désagréables et semblaient parfois indifférents aux clients : ils nous regardaient sans venir nous servir. Nous avons vraiment regretté cette expérience, qui a malheureusement terni notre séjour.
La nourriture est assez répétitive, ce qui est vraiment dommage.

Séjour parfaitement PARFAIT
Pros:

Le Personnel très accueillant et très disponible à toute demande avec écoute. Un grand MERCI au responsable FRONT OFFICE MANAGER BELCONTI et son équipe pour leur générosité et de rendre leur hôtel PARFAIT avec toutes variétés de services, différents restaurants de haute qualité, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons dès que possible, Merci à toute l’équipe
