Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and always very clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well every single night. It truly felt like a home away from home.
There are so many different activities throughout the day that it's impossible to get bored. Whether you enjoy sports, games, relaxing by the pool, or trying something new, there is something for everyone. The entertainment team does a fantastic job of keeping guests engaged and having fun.
The staff deserve a special mention because they are simply incredible. Every single person we met was kind, friendly, smiling, and always willing to help. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest has the best experience possible, and their positive attitude really makes a difference.
The evening shows are absolutely breathtaking. Every night there is a different performance, and the dancers, singers, and performers are so talented. It was one of the highlights of our stay, and we looked forward to it every evening.
The food is also excellent! There is a huge variety of delicious dishes, so everyone can find something they love. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every meal and were impressed by the quality and selection.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Everything—from the rooms and food to the activities, entertainment, and especially the outstanding staff—was perfect. We had an unforgettable vacation and would definitely come back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday!

Very enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

Everything about the facilities and staff. Great room, all very tidy.

Cons:

It would be really good to have a shuttle to the town every 3 hours or so - the walk is boring, and the taxis are expensive.

تعاون مدير مكتب الاستقبال معاي وعطاني جناح غرفتين مع عيالي مع ان الفندق زحمه محجوز بالكامل وكان محترم جدا .. الاكل لذيذ ومتنوع .. سناكات وآيس كريم طول اليوم .. والفعاليات والعرض اللي يسونها للأطفال ممتعه

Cons:

The resort was clean and tidy, but I booked a taxi through the reception team they told me 25€ for return. I did not have euro they charged me 40$ which was more than I had been told. Also, I requsted invoice and reached out to them 3 times but in vain!!

المكان واسع مريح يحتاج اهتمام
Pros:

واسع مريح هادئ الاكل متكررر مو طعم الغداء نفس العشاء مكرر واحيانا في العشاء يتم اضافه صنف او صنفين عرض واحد فقط بالاسبوع

استقبال كان سئ تم اعطاء غرفة بدون تكييف ورفض تغيير الغرفة ويقول في صيانة ولم يهتم الا بعد اصرار و مشادة وتلفظ وبعد قضاء نص اليوم على العلم انهم كبار سن دون اهتمام او احترام ثم تم التغيير بعد الطلب والاصرار ، وضع اساور صوريه لا قيمة لها الادعاء بانها تميزك كعميل ولم يتم اي تميز نهائي كل الالوان نفس التعامل،

افضل اشي بالفندق بوفيه الاكل كان قمة ورائع
يعني الصراحة البوفيه هو الاشي الوحيد الرائع بالفندق

التكييف سيئ جدا بحيث يقوم الفندق بإطفاء التكييف من الساعة الخامسة فجرا وحتى التاسعة صباحا
يعني راح تصحى على الساعة خمسة من الحر
وقمت بإبلاغ الفندق بذلك ولم يستجيبوا
مع العلم اني مهندس تكييف وعارف شو الاشي الي بعمله الفندق بهدف التوفير او بهدف آخر

Entertainment excellent and so generous with the all inclusive offer, everything avaoable 100% of the time

Cleanliness - beach/toilets constantly being cleaned

Cons:

People smoking at meal times in restaurant covered terrace despite it being prohibited - staff didnt tell them not to.

So many children and even school trips at the end of our stay, couldnt find quiet space except on hammocks which were lovely - recommend an adult only pool

Vast selection of food but nothing exceptional - maybe reduce variety and focus on flavours etc

Cant step out and walk anywhere else

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr lieb, vorallem die Mitarbeiter in der Küche. Gülizar war super freundlich und sehr sympathisch. Der Mitarbeiter in der Küche, welcher uns Lahmacun gemacht hat, sehr lieb. Besser gesagt, alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und respektvoll. Der Mitarbeiter (abi), welcher Tücher verteilt, richtig lieb und sympathisch. Alle sind sehr gastfreundlich 😊 Ich und meine Mama haben mit Gülizar viel gesprochen, sie war super nett und hat uns friedlich serviert. Ich will nochmals hin.

Eigentlich war alles super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich bin nach 25 Jahren wieder dorthin. Das einzige Problem war bei der Rezeption. Der Betrag für das Hotel zeigt mir in CHF in Booking, im Hotel in Euro. Nur dieser Vorfall hat mich genervt, da ich Franken mitgenommen habe. Sie haben CHF klar akzeptiert, aber die Differenz in Franken, habe ich in Türkisch Lira umgerechnet, es waren 235 Lira, sie haben von mir 535 lira genommen. Sie meinten, wegen Euro. Ich musste aber die Differenz in Franken bezahlen. 5 Franken Differenz gibt nicht 535 lira. Da habe ich mich ein bisschen komisch gefühlt. Was noch ein Problem war ist, unser Flug hatte Probleme, der Checkin war am 23.06. aber wir konnten erst am 24.06. einchecken, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir nicht fliegen konnten. Das Hotel kam uns nicht entgegen und hat uns den Preis vom 23.06. auch genommen, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Es war nicht unser Fehler!

Pros:

Помогли занести вещи. Номер был чистый, были все нужные принадлежности в ванной и презент от отеля (вино). На территории живут кролики, гуси и черепашка. Ребенку очень понравилось. Есть мини-клуб с бассейном для самых маленьких. Много мест где можно поесть. У нас было два номера и по нашей просьбе дали номера рядом. Номера находились в отдельном корпусе, поэтому не было ничего слышно (идеально для семей с детьми). Еще до выдачи номеров выдали браслеты и разрешили пользоваться всеми услугами, но карточек на полотенца не дали, поэтому могли только пойти поесть. Горок немного, но для ребенка 4-х лет было более чем достаточно.

Cons:

Персонал не умеет общаться с людьми и даже при заселении девушки вели себя некорректно, смеялись и попросили отойти от стойки ресепшен фразой «присядьте уже пожалуйста!!!». Вторая ситуация была когда мы уточняли информацию о парке легенд. Спрашивали девушку с ресепшен как лучше купить билеты, может ей есть что посоветовать, на что она просто сказала: «я не знаю, можете и там билеты купить». На следующий день мы пришли на ресепшен чтобы попросить заказать нам такси до парка. Девушка сказала что они не сотрудничают с такси и предложила трансфер (за 35€ туда-обратно. Ехать примерно 8 км.), и сказала «можете попробовать вызвать убер или яндекс, но это будет стоить столько же». Конечно, такси в разы дешевле. Тут мы еще не понимали всей ситуации. Пытались вызвать такси через разные приложения, но все отменяли заказ. Девушка со стойки Guest Relations, зная ситуацию!, посоветовала нам с двумя детьми 4 года и 9 месяцев выйти ко въезду в отель и попробовать вызвать оттуда. Выйдя туда, мы увидели такси, и нам сразу сказали «мы вас не повезем, нам нельзя возить гостей из этого отеля, менеджер отеля запретил». Вариантов не было, вернулись и взяли трансфер. Было максимально неприятно. Видя, что у нас маленькие дети можно было бы сразу нормально объяснить ситуацию и мы бы сразу взяли трансфер, а не советовать то, что точно не получится.
В ресторане так же иногда был недружелюбный персонал.

Мы приехали чуть раньше, номер был не готов и комнаты для багажа были заняты, вещи оставили просто в холле.

В номере был плохо пропылесосен ковер и еще пару дней находили волосы предидущих жильцов. Сантехника старая. Из лейки струи были просто в разные стороны. Набор для бритья был использованный (бритва с волосами 🤮 и половина тюбика с кремом для бритья).

Основной ресторан выглядит как столовка в лагере. Во втором зале прям запах старья. Посуда иногда была не домытая. Баклава кончалась через час после начала ужина. Стульчики для детей очень старые и не всегда чистые.
