Всё было отлично! 🌴
Красивый отель, вкусная еда, чистое море и очень приятный персонал. Нам бесплатно дали улучшенный номер с видом на море, что стало прекрасным сюрпризом. Вечером были хорошие концерты и музыка. Отдых получился превосходным, обязательно вернёмся снова! ❤️

Unfassbares Buffet zu jeder Zeit, sehr aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Essensmöglichkeit im Freien.

Cons:

Beim nächsten Mal würden wir statt dem Meerblickzimmer ein Gartenzimmer buchen. Bei geöffneter Balkontüre war es vor 2.00 Uhr Früh nicht möglich zu schlafen, da an die Abendanimation (21.30 - 22.15 Uhr) noch eine weitere Animation mit extrem lauter Musik (Ultrabass) täglich Programm war und man vor 2.00 Uhr Früh keine Chance hatte, zu schlafen.

Pros:

The whole resort is a haven of greenery and peace, with beautiful floral scents and birds chirping in the background. The food is out of this world and offers great variety. Plus, the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Nice cozy hotel. Needs refurbishment and improvements for mattresses, bedding and gum
Pros:

Location, staff, animator, food was great.

Cons:

Sleep was not comfortable- mattresses with springs.
Pillows too stiff.

Old gym; rust; warm & uncomfortable.
Some equipment did not work.
Beach could be nicer.

Amazing
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the hotel is very elegant and not like the usual all inclusive hotels.
The food was great with a lot of options to pick from. The bar and alcohol were amazing which you rarely find.
Overall experience was great!

Понравилось всё и всё !
Спасибо Софье (ресепшен), Алперу (возле ресепшена, извините не помню их отдел), ребятам и девочкам в столовой, Алинур, Сания, Сулушаш, Имангали, Магжан, Бабур и другим ребятам, а также Саламат, очень отлично убиралась у нас в номере. Всем большой рахмет !

Cons:

Аренда авто, договорились на мерс, а по факту был иной марки авто, классом ниже, но за те же 70$, не справедливо и не порядочно.

Everything was great
Pros:

We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of it. Everything was spot on – from the warm welcome at check-in to the high standards of service, food, and facilities. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

The food was delicious and varied, and the cleanliness across the entire hotel was absolutely top-notch. The location was perfect.

The only small challenge we encountered was the language. Most of the communication was in Turkish and Russian, which made things a bit tricky for us as English speakers. However, this was only a minor issue and didn’t take much away from the overall experience.

All in all, a fantastic hotel that we can definitely recommend – and we would love to return!

Cons:

It would be a better experience for us had more of the personnel been able to speak English, but that's a minor detail and we still rate this hotel excellent.

We loved the place and we will come back. Thank you.
Pros:

We planned a short trip for three days, kind of a stopover, and did not think much while choosing the hotel. Mirada Del Mar appeared to be a fantastic place, all inside a green park with pine trees, palm trees and flowers. One could hear birds all the time and it gave a wonderful feeling of being in the nature. All members of the family liked the all inclusive restaurant, me personally enjoyed the verity of greens and vegetables, verity of cheeses and the grilled buffet. There were plenty of fruits, deserts and drinks. I saw the chefs out in the buffet space a few times, they were reviewing the way the food was served and what people were choosing and after we noticed changes in food arrangement. I like that). From actives - there is a lot to do for small kids and for adults. We spent time swimming and sunbathing, which was lovely. The stuff is very welcoming and enough.

Cons:

There is no outdoor gym. We are morning people and prefer exercise in the mornings, but the indoor gym was opening at 9 am, which is late for us.
