Daa Hotel ist super. Ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl, fast wie zuhause. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal super hilfsbereit und nett. Die Zimmer groß, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten sehr bequem.

Pros:

Vlotte check in, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt (op 1e pinksterdag een omelet naar keuze), mooi ingerichte kamers, lobby en restaurant, parkeren onder hotel, ligging in wijk Medien Hafen (leuke hippe wijk)

Cons:

barbezetting, het is ons in 4 dagen tijd niet gelukt om een drankje te bestellen...

Rezeption wahr Katastrophe besonders eine junge Mädchen sie wahr sehr unfreundlich und nicht kompetent an ihren Arbeit sie hat gestern Frühschicht und heute auch Name weiß ich nicht leider ! Schönes Hotel

Cons:

Die Bar hat nicht lang genug geöffnet und man muss sich an überteuerten Automaten bedienen.
Die Klimaanlage ist zu laut und kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden.
Es fehlen reale Nachhaltigkeits- und Umweltkonzepte!

Gute Lage mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung(Bus).

Die Bar war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Personal etwas knapp. Dir die da waren war sehr fleißig und zuvorkommend.

Schönes Hotel kommen gerne wieder!!!
Pros:

Von sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Personal Rezeption Frühstück und Bar Damen+Nachtschicht Herr bis Zimmer, Sauna, draussen lounge und Tiefgerage alles hervorragend. Man hat sich rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage war sehr gut und man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen wo man hin wollte. Danke für den schön Aufenthalt!!!

Cons:

Eigentlich Nichts. Nur für den frühstuckstisch vielleicht kleine abfall eimer zu verfügung stellen
