The bar & restaurant were always left under staffed and even without anyone .
Way over priced .
1.One of the best soundproof hotels i have ever stayed in , almost no noise at all.

Zimmer mit Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer (nicht abgeschlossen!)
Zimmernachbar war extrem laut. Als ich mich bei der Rezeption gemeldet habe, weil ich nicht schlafen konnte, hat der Mitarbeiter mir nicht weiterhelfen können. Weder hat er den Zimmernachbarn aufgefordert leiser zu sein, noch konnte mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten werden. (Es waren andere Zimmer frei). Mit Business Hotel hat das nichts zu tun.
Rechnung bei Checkout kam mit falscher Rechnungsadresse, obwohl ich mehrmals darauf hingewiesen habe, dass die Firmenadresse dort stehen muss.
Ein überaus freundlicher Empfang.
Superschöne Zimmer und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück könnte durch eine bessere Brötchen und Brotauswahl noch getoppt werden.

Das Badezimmer war richtig toll und auch die Betten. Und das Frühstück war super.
Die Hotelbar. Ich habe noch nie so schlechten Weißwein getrunken. Da stimmt Preisleistung nicht.
