All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The property is very charming and has lovely decor, dining facilities with amazing views. We also had a trip to the spa on our last day which did not disappoint.we both had massages which was a great way to finish our trip. I've been to many 5 star hotels in Tenerife and this one is among the best for sure.

The food bar by the pool sorry guys
Las instalaciones espectaculares . El hotel hace actividades muy amenas tanto para la familia como para adultos.
El personal muy amable y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Las habitaciones super bonitas y acogedoras.
La cama super cómoda .
Parkín gratuito.
Aunque pone que no se reserven hamacas si que los huéspedes dejaba sus toallas en estas y volvían tras horas…
El desuño estaba bastante bien pero aún mejorable.
La bollería industrial , podían hacer dulces artesanos .
Las verduras o frutas del Buffet del desayuno no estaban limpias … había tomates cherry con mucha suciedad y polvo, claramente sin lavar…
Los camareros en general súper amables y serviciales , pero se podía apreciar falta de profesionalidad en los pequeños detalles , más para un hotel de cinco estrellas. Quizás una opción buena sería organizar Workshop internas para formarlos mejor y que puedan ser más profesionales , ya que corazón SI que le ponen a su trabajo.
En el desayuno , por ejemplo, se centraban en preguntar café en un hala y abandonaba las otras; esto se solucionaría si El o la coordinadora de desayunos diera órdenes a cada camarero de en qué parte de la sala debería trabajar, así se aseguran que todas las partes quedan cubiertas por un servicio.
A medida que el desayuno avanza el bufé se ve más caótico , sin vajilla, sucio o desordenado …. No es buena imagen para un hotel de cinco estrellas.
El café es de cápsula (Espresso) el resto de café es servido, pero estas máquinas funcionan regular , varias veces intenté hacerme un café y salía agua .. tirando así muchas cápsulas … no lo veo rentable.
Observé que en España el turno partido está a la orden del día : trabajadores que estaban en los desayunos , estaban luego en la cenas y al siguiente día de nuevo en desayunos …. Creo que la imagen que puede dar una empresa de conciliación familiar es muy importante . No creo que con esos horarios se pueda conciliar mucho.
Aunque diga que es un hotel libre de humos , no es cierto. La gente fuma en algunas zonas e incluso llegaba olor a mariguana a las habitaciones , bastante desagradable. Se lo comentamos a las camareras de piso y nos dijeron que ya se había quejado con anterioridad por esto.

Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer touristischen Gegend, aber weit genug vom Ort weg, dass es trotzdem ruhig ist. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, komfortable und saubere Zimmer, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, schönes Poolareal. Definitv Empfehlung.
