El trato del personal, Gabi la srta de recepcion muy agradable nos ayudó mucho con nuestra estancia. El buffet del desyuno fantastico, asi como la habitacion y las piscinas. Hotel muy tranquilo.

Overall happy with the experience
Pros:

The hotel truly lived up to its five-star rating. It was exceptionally clean, and the room service was outstanding, with the room being serviced twice daily. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, featuring a wide variety of fresh dishes and plenty of options to choose from each day. The bar was equally impressive, offering a great selection of drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were a standout highlight of the stay—everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to recommend great places to eat and visit, which really enhanced our overall experience.

Cons:

However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. During dinner, soft drinks and water were not included and had to be paid for separately. While this is understandable for alcoholic beverages, it would be more reasonable for at least soft drinks and water to be included as part of the dinner experience.

Additionally, I was disappointed that complimentary water was not provided in the room, especially considering the very hot weather. Although water was available for purchase at the bar, it feels like a basic amenity that should be included in a five-star hotel.

As for the location, it is great overall; however, the hotel is situated uphill and about a 10–15 minute walk from the main beach. This is perfectly fine if you plan to spend most of your time at the hotel, but it can be less convenient if you prefer frequent trips to the beach or going out in the evenings.

Cons:

Pone cinco estrellas pero no está a la altura.
La habitación en la que nos alojamos olía a viejo.
Las cortinas tenían agujeros, las toallas raspaban y las sábanas y colchón no nos parecieron acordes a un hotel cinco estrellas. Reservamos para cinco días y aguantamos dos.

Voldoende ligbedjes rond het zwembad en handdoek leggen wordt niet toegestaan, wat top is.
Groot hotel zonder gevoel van drukte.
Vriendelijk personeel, telkens veel hulp ontvangen bij elke vraag.
Ontbijt dik in orde.

Es un 5 estrellas sin ningún pero. Nos encanto la decoracion de todo el hotel, la magnífica habitación, la atención del personal, el desayuno , los restaurantes...Todo

Cons:

Esta a 10 minutos del la playa pero en lo alto de una colina y la subida puede ser un poco dura en las horas de mas calor. No obstante hay servicio de traslado a determinadas horas.
