Well-located modern hotel
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in an Executive twin room (912) from 21-24 May. The room was lovely, light, airy, modern and very spacious with fridge and coffee/tea facilities and a safety box. There was lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom was well-laid out with some complimentary toiletries. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold dishes. The location of the hotel is really good - just a few minutes walk from the Central train station. There is a huge shopping centre attached to the train station. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the beautiful old town from the hotel. The Hop on, hop off bus stop is right next to the Palace of Culture and Science which is a two-minute walk from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants all around the hotel if you don’t want to walk too far. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Warsaw.

Cons:

As a lot of guests already mentioned, there is quite a lot of noise from the traffic, but for us it didn’t matter too much as we were so tired after a day of sight-seeing so we actually slept quite well (the hotel also provides ear plugs next to the night stand, but we didn’t use them). The traffic noise would not stop me from staying here again.

Lokalizacja i obsługa na wysokim poziomie

Cons:

Blokada zamka w drzwiach. Zamek się zawieszał karta nie odblokowywała mechanizmu, konieczna była interwencja obsługi i gumowego młotka.

Pros:

Hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze, a szczególnie obsługę. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Wiktoria z serwisu, która dbała aby nam niczego nie brakowało, następnie na duże plusy zasługuje obsługa kelnerka, a szczególnie Pan Piotr, uśmiechnięci, serdeczni. W zasadzie cała kadra mająca kontakt z klientem super. Na pewno hotel wart polecenia. No I jeszcze pyszne śniadania, wybór bardzo bogaty, chyba nikt nie może niezadowolony.

Cons:

Przy dłuższym pobycie menu na obiadokolację trochę ubogie, słaby wybór. Szkoda pięknego widoku na PKiN, który został przysłonięty przez siatkę z reklamą.
