Our stay was awesome we will be back
Pros:

Cleanliness of our room, location of resort, staff was amazing,pools were nice

Cons:

Our door had a large gap on the bottom allowing possibility of bugs and other critters to come in, no ramp access to the beach for handicapped people

I wasn’t impressed by your front staff or the maintenance. They did not assist with my concerns or seem to care at all!
Pros:

I liked the location of the property and size of the room but it wasn’t very clean, the floor had sand and so did the bed.

Cons:

The indoor pool was very dirty full of algae and very green. The parking was awful and even the overflow was full! Then they allowed multiple people to stay but wouldn’t allow my daughter!

Old - but Great Experience
Pros:

Great location. Rooms were clean. Beach is beautiful. The hotel is a little beat up around the edges. Stairwell door, for example is old and rusty. But that is the exterior stuff. The room and the beach are great - and isnt that why you are going to Daytona.

Bugs In Rooms
Pros:

Grounds keeper staff was nice.

Cons:

Check in is at 4pm and my room was not ready until 9pm. Staff checks you in then tells you they will call you when your is ready. When I finally got tonthe room and turned on the lights in the bathroom roaches were crwaing around. I took a picture and they still would not refund my money. I call booking and they were told the same thing. No manager is here and I cant give a refund. I still have not got my money or a credit. Not even an apology!

Been staying here for 50 years but it has become very outdated! Needs a little TLC.
