Lovely hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent: very close to all the main attraction. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was great and the staff was very friendly. We also liked breakfast. There were many options to choose from.

Cons:

Pillows could have been firmer and there were no vegan options for breakfast.

Pros:

Ottima posizione. Quartiere ricco di locali. Ben collegato con il centro storico. Colazione buona e abbondante. Pulizia più che soddisfacente. Staff molto cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Asciugacapelli precario.. La moquette della stanza andrebbe sostituita perché un pó troppo usurata..

Cracovie est une ville magnifique, trés calme et chaleureuse; c'est un trés beau sejour
Pros:

L' hotel est trés bien situé à 10/15 min à pied du centre historique, dans un quartier trés vivant et agréable. les chambres sont grandes et calmes. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et trés varié et il change un peu tous les jours. Le personnel est trés serviable et trés accomodant. Nous avons passé un super sejours à cracovie.

Pros:

morgenmaden var ok, men som flest på hoteller. Omgivelserne var dejligt befriet for internationale kæder af restauranter etc.

Cons:

jeg synes egentlig ikke der er grund til at kritisere noget.

Pros:

Dovendo andare ad Auschwitz al mattino prestissimo alle 5, avevamo segnalato.che non avremmo fatto colazione e senza espressa richiesta ci hanno detto che al mattino in reception avremmo trovato la colazione a sacco. Scesi alle 4.50 , il pacchetto già pronto!

Forse per una questione di igiene, eliminerei la moquette in camera
