Lage top! Frühstück prima. Sonderwünsche bzw. Reparaturbedarfe wurden schnell erfüllt/erledigt. Bewachter Parkplatz in der Nähe (5min.)

Cons:

Baustellenlärm ab 6.30h. Fenster defekt, wurde aber repariert. Weg zum bewachten Parkplatz hätte besser erklärt werden können. Kein Parkplatz zum Ausladen. Schülergruppe blockierte Eingang bei Abreise.

• Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. La struttura gode di un'ottima posizione, ideale per visitare comodamente la città. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolar modo le camere, spaziose e contraddistinte da una pulizia impeccabile. Eccellente anche la colazione a buffet, che offre una ricca varietà di opzioni sia dolci sia salate. Un dettaglio di cortesia molto gradito è la presenza di un dispenser di acqua a disposizione degli ospiti. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel per un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole.

Kraków jest Ok. Podziwialiśmy również organizację transportu miejskiego.
Pros:

Umiejscowienie hotelu wspaniałe. Jeden przystanek tramwajem od Wawelu, trzy od Sukiennic. Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa, bez problemu dodatkowa poduszka, przechowywanie mleka w lodówce pracowników, a przede wszystkim pracownik recepcji, który udostępnił mi komputer do odwołania biletu PKP i pomógł zamówić nowy. Śniadania też spełniły moje oczekiwania.

Cons:

Pokój był mały, brakowało nam stolika. Denerwowały nas usterki w pokoju: popsuty uchwyt do rączki prysznica, przepalona żarówka nad lustrem w łazience, jąkający się telewizor, który wyłączał się co jakiś czas z braku sygnału. A przede wszystkim przymusowa pobudka o 7 rano, gdyż punktualnie o tej godzinie rozpoczynali pracę budowlańcy przy remoncie sąsiedniej kamienicy - pukanie młotkiem, wiercenie, głośne rozmowy. Nie pomagało zamknięte okno i zasłonięte Story.

Great stay in the Jewish Quarter
Pros:

The location is great , right in the Jewish Quarter, and a 15 walk to Wawel Castle abd 21 minues to the Old Market Square. There are various restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast offered a good selection.
