Auch beim dritten Besuch sage ich , komme gerne wieder !

Vorallem eine Dame vom Frühstücksteam -Seevice ( dunkle Haare mit Brille ) ! Sehr kundenorientiert , wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt , wenn sie da war !

Es kann , je nach Gast , etwas lauter sein vom Nachbarzimmer !

J'ai apprécié le design global de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, qui est très à l'écoute. J'ai aussi aimé la localisation, les espaces piscine sont très agréables et calmes.Pour le personnel, quand j'ai signalé un problème (voir points négatifs), ils ont tout de suite réagit en me proposant une autre chambre, et un late check-out gratuit. C'est très appréciable de voir qu'ils sont soucieux des clients. L'arrivée est un très bon point : on se sent le bienvenu, cava au check-in, des cadeaux dans la chambre (une bouteille de vin, des bonbons, du vin, un sac de plage).

Cons:

Je suis déçu car j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour le calme qui est mentionné dans de nombreux commentaires. C'est vrai pour les espaces communs, ça n'était pas vrai pour la chambre. Ma chambre au 7é étage donnait sur la mer, mais avant cela sur des ventilations qui faisaient, jour et nuit, un bourdonnement continu, même fenêtre fermée. J'ai changé de chambre pour le dernier étage, mais cette fois c'était non seulement ce bourdonnement mais aussi la ventilation posée au-dessus de la chambre. Comme si quelqu'un passai la tondeuse jour et nuit. Cela a ruiné mon séjour, et je trouve que le prix payé (plus de 2X plus cher qu'aux alentours) n'était pas justifié pour cela. j'en suis bien désolé.

Cool vibe, super clean and the staff really friendly.

The only thing if I had to be picky
The bed was comfortable but they were 2 singles put together
They moved a lot and was loud
But it’s really a tiny aspect of a perfect hotel

Great location, very central but very calm and quiet. Beautiful Retro-Miami vibes of the design.

The breakfast setting was wonderfully located near the pool area and gives 'retro' Miami vibes. The room was spacious and it felt like a little apartment. spacious bathroom with big shower and separate bath tub. Eventhough located in the center of Playa del Ingles, it was very quite and calm.

Un hotel nada lujoso que te hacía sentir de lujo
Pros:

En primer lugar la amabilidad de todo el personal
En segundo lugar la paz y tranquilidad del hotel….los huéspedes eran todos muy educados
En tercer lugar la decoraciòn del hotel….que compensaba que tenía sus años y muchas manos de pintura.

El café del desayuno…..creo que se podría mejorar la experiencia si el café fuese rico
