La amabilidad del personal.
Central location, we had a room on the top floor and a nice view on the ocean. Very clean and good room service.
The room was big but the bathroom and toilet were a little bit small. There was also no real closet and enough storage for the cloth of two people even that we only were traveling with hand luggage. If you are used to the service in Asia you cannot agree to the great service other customers were referring to. The service was very much depending on the individuals. We didn’t like concrete atmosphere of the pool area. So we didn’t go there.
Having a parking spot was great, and the hotel's location is not bad (not on top of the beach, but close enough for a brisk walk). Playa del Ingles is ok as a starting base for island sightseeing trips.
The room itself was great, spacious, with a little balcony and a mini-kitchen.
The breasfast was excellent, with good variety, great presentation, and right next to a wonderful pool.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, je kan alles vragen en staan zeker voor je klaar. Uitgebreid ontbijt en comfortabele bedden. Geen geluidsoverlast op de kamer.
Soms was er wat miscommunicatie onder het personeel. Met persoon A had je iets geregeld en dit kwam dan niet helemaal aan bij persoon B. Dit leverde geen (grote) problemen op maar kan wat efficiënter.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they manage to create an extremely amazing vibe in the hotel which doesn't want to make you do anything else but stay in the hotel every day
