Leider war das Essen jeden Tag fast gleich und bot kaum Abwechslung. Das war für uns der einzige Kritikpunkt

I really liked the entertainment team for the kids. The girls were very kind, friendly, and caring.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed with the reception team. They didn’t seem very welcoming or interested in the guests. In the mornings, when we walked past the reception, we were rarely greeted with a “Good morning,” which made the atmosphere feel less friendly than expected. I think a warmer and more welcoming attitude would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.

Szuper szálloda, botrányos szobák.
Pros:

Maga a szálloda nagyon szép, modern, felújított és tiszta is. Az elhelyezkedése kifogástalan, Vodiceben a legjobb helyen van.

Cons:

A szobákról sajnos nem mondható el ugyanez. Azok valószínű nem voltak felújítva, a fürdőszoba nagyon nagyon kicsi és a tisztaság sem volt a legjobb. Ami számomra nagyon érdekes volt, hogy a takarót letették az àgyra, rá a huzatot és magunknak kellett felhúzni. Ilyet még soha máshol nem tapasztaltam. Persze nem esett nehezemre felhúzni, csak ennyi pénzért az ember nem azt várja hogy magának húzzon ágyneműt. A wifi kb használhatatlan és a szobákban a mobilnet is alig működött. A minihűtő nem hűtött, többször kellett szólni, először azt mondták ez ennyit tud, majd végül kicserélték egy teljesen újra. Ez igazából így pozitívum, de hogyha tudják, hogy már annyira régi a hűtő, hogy nem hűt, miért nem cserélik ki őket kérés nélkül? A reggeli egészen jó volt, de voltak ételek, pl a bacon, ami minden reggel hideg volt. A medence vize annyira hideg volt első nap, hogy a tenger melegebb volt. A többi napon már nem is próbálkoztunk vele.

A gyermekeinkkel és az unokáinkkal töltöttünk el egy csodálatos hetet ebben a szállodában.Nagyon tetszett a szálloda elhelyezkedése, a tenger közelsége, a gyönyörű pálmafás kert, a medencék, a személyzet kedvessége és rugalmassága. Lenyűgöző a belső tér kialakítása. Tisztaság van mindenhol. Nagyon bőséges és finom volt a reggeli. Tengerre néző szobát foglaltunk, csodálatos volt a kilátás a medencékre és a tengerre. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen vissza mennénk!
