Izuzetno, ljubazno i susretljivo osoblje, ponovit ćemo ponovo, gotovo sigurno još dolazaka u taj hotel

Cons:

Nas je baš iznenadio, sam hotel, jer smo čuli kojekakve izjave, da je stari i zapušten, uvjerili smo se da je bolji od nekih apartmana što se nude. Jedina je zamjerka je malo i neuređeno parkiralište, i nema hlada za automobile.

Dîner décevant mais pdj et spa au top !
Pros:

Le spa en illimité est vraiment un plus, piscine chauffée, sauna, hammam, propose des massages en supplément. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et bon. Le personnel est serviable et souriant.

Cons:

Le buffet du soir est vraiment pas terrible terrible, pas beaucoup de choix, tout a le même goût et pas de réelles saveurs, nous avons mieux mangé dans un routier, cela ne vaut pas un 4*, dommage car le petit déjeuner était très bien !

I like a view, sea view.

Cons:

very small room, no shelves in the bathroom to put things on. No dryer to hang towels, swimsuits...no sockets in the bathroom, no sockets in the room by the bedside tables or desk. no cutlery or glasses. The bathrobes were dirty.
The food for dinner was not good.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, not even close. Apart from the location and the beautiful view and the friendly staff, it is a disaster.

Cons:

I actually can’t speak about what it was like at this hotel, because we weren’t able to visit it. My mother and her friend were supposed to stay there for two days, but due to a red weather alert for strong winds, they couldn’t go. They are older ladies who were really looking forward to the stay, but the weather prevented their visit.
I contacted both the hotel and Booking multiple times—by email, WhatsApp, and through the Booking platform—asking for a change of dates or some other solution (which, however, was granted to my mother’s friend). To this day, I have not received any response.
I understand that the hotel has its own policies, but the fact that they respond to some guests and not to others, and that they are unwilling to make any adjustments even in circumstances beyond anyone’s control, seems extremely inappropriate to me—especially at a time when there is so much competition.
A little kindness toward elderly people, who had a hard time saving money for this trip, would have meant a lot to them, while costing you very little.

Pros:

Osebje hotela je izredno prijazno. Hotel ima notranji bazen in welness. Zajtrk je bil bogat in raznovrsten. Od hotela do plaze je 5 min, do centra vodic pa 10 min. Hotel razpolaga s svojimi parkirisci, ki jih ni potrebno placati. Soba je imelabalkon s pogledom na morje. Bila je cista in udobna.

Cons:

Edini minus je, da je soba imela vonj po kajenju.
