Cons:

Hotel koji nije renoviran pitaj boga od kada. Čim smo ušli u sobu koja nije bila dobro očišćena, komad stakla je bio na podu, dijete je razrezalo nogu. Reakcije na recepciji nikakve, frižider iz prošlog stoljeća naravno ne hladi. Doručak toliko skroman, I svako jutro isti, od voća jabuke i kruške na kriške rezane, kruh i peciva kao kamen, na terasi polomljena stakla ograde od balkona. Čisti užas, neznam tko dodjeljuje zvjezdice za kategorizaciju. U svakom slučaju nikada više ne bih boravila u hotelu Punta.

Pokoj č. 907: hluk 61 dB po 24 hodin denně ( z venku), plesnivá lednička, agregát ledničky s centimetrovou vrstvou mnohaletého prachu, chchvalce prachu pod a za nábytkem, prachem ucpané odsávání v koupelně, téměř nefunkční klimatizace, trčící hřebík z latění, pomatlane obklady za dveřmi koupelny, vyvrácené věšáky na osušky na dveřích koupelny ( musel jsem je prešroubovat kousek vedle), špatně fungující vypínač světla v koupelně, při nástupu nefunkční světla u posteli ( bylo opraveno na základě stížnosti na recepci).

Na ulazu u restoran djevojka stoji kao policajac da nebi neko slucajno iznio jabuku ...
Nelagodan osjecaj kao da ste primili kriminalce a ne goste koji vam uredno plate boravak.

Bazeni u sklopu tj blizini Hotela Punta.

1. Ne radi klimatizacija
2. Smeće koje danima nitko ne odvozi niti se pravilno gospodari sa njim nalazi se ispod balkona Hotela, smrdljivo je toliko jako i intenzivno da 5 dana nismo otvarali prozore.
3. Iznad ulaza u dnevni boravak na mjestu gdje je nekada valjda bila neka druga ploha (staklene površine pretpostavljam) sad se nalazi nepricvrscena šperploča koja je pala usred noći i mogla je nekoga ozbiljno ozlijediti, težina šperploče cca 3-4kg.

Hotel nije opravdao naša očekivanja. Nismo mogli ostati ni jednu noć – otišli smo već prvog dana.

Prvog dana nismo nikako mogli stupiti u kontakt s voditeljem hotela jer nije odgovarao na naše poruke ni pozive. Morali smo zamoliti osoblje na recepciji da mu prenese poruku.

Hotel je vrlo zapušten. Zidovi su puni tragova od vlage i procurivanja. U dječjoj igraonici bilo je mrava. U cijelom hotelu osjećao se neugodan miris starog i ustajalog. Na dizalo se čeka jako dugo. U sobi je bilo prevruće, a hladnjak gotovo uopće nije hladio – bio je topao.

Na temelju našeg iskustva, ovaj hotel ne mogu preporučiti nikome. Po mom mišljenju, kvaliteta ovog hotela odgovara najviše dvjema zvjezdicama.
