De medewerkers

Cons:

Dit is absoluut geen 5 sterren Hotel. Kamer heeft echt onderhoud nodig. De badkamer was half kapot, deze is echt toe aan een nieuwe. Er was lawaai op de gang omdat er medewerkers zijn. Ze houden geen rekening met gasten. Dit hotel is veelste duur met wat je ziet en krijgt. Prijs en kwaliteitverhouding klopt niet! Wij komen hier niet meer. De medewerkers waren wel heel vriendelijk.

Un hôtel qui aurait vraiment besoin d être rénové

La situation dans le centre

Cons:

Tarifs clairement trop élevés pour des prestations qui ne suivent plus. L’hôtel est vieillissant, les chambres et équipements auraient besoin d’une vraie remise à niveau, et l’ensemble ne correspond plus au standing attendu à ce prix à Marrakech. Dommage, car l’emplacement dans l’Hivernage reste très bon et le lieu conserve un certain charme historique, mais aujourd’hui le rapport qualité/prix n’y est plus du tout.
