Расположение прекрасное, 2 шага от площади сан-марко, просторный и комфортабельный номер, в котором есть все, что потреб
Pros:

Просторный номер. В каждой комнате у нас (спальня и зал) был выход на отдельный балкон. В номере есть и стиральная машина, мини холодильник, гладильная доска с утюгом, микроволновка и варочная поверхность, чайник. Большой санузел.

Cons:

Вентиляция работала, но не давала нужного охлаждения днем, ночью было хорошо. Дополнительно установленные охладительные установки (кондиционеры) не справлялись с охлаждением и занимали много места,

Excellente localisation
Pros:

Appartement impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Rien ne manque pour passer un excellent séjour. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Pros:

Почти на самой площади Сан Марко, но окна выходили в переулок и было очень тихо. Звукоизоляция вообще отличная в апартаментах. Кондиционер выше всяких похвал, работал на все 100. Пришлось даже сбавить несмотря на 35 градусов на улице.
Удобная постель, все удобства.
В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь тут снова.

It was beautiful, our apartment and the location central.

Cons:

I felt a little anxious as to the directions to the Hotel, as they weren't clear. The reviews on the directions were varied as well. A map visual would have helped and advice how to use the public water boat taxis to get to Piazzio San Marco from the airport would have been extremely useful. Out of shear desperation because nothing has been forwarded on to me I eventually paid 160 euros to get a private water boat taxi, which the details of were to pick it up also were not clear either and I was told to phone a number once I arrived, when I phoned the number the person on the other end did not speak English, but luckily I had asked an information desk worker at the airport to help. On my return and knowing where things were I got the public water boat taxi at 18 euros each back to the airport for my return flight home. All if this could have been made simpler and caused less anxiety if a map as to where to go was provided. I think it might have been away to sting the tourists?

Repetiría sin duda.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Todo el apartamento nuevo. Aire acondicionado. Todo muy bien.

Cons:

Llegamos más tarde de las 22:00 horas. La recepción fue en otro hotel muy cercano pero el recepcionista no nos indicó bien dónde estaba nuestro hotel. Me gustaría que nos hubiera acompañado.

Excellent location, spacious room, very quiet.

Cons:

Over the four days I stayed there, the room was not cleaned (incl. the garbage). All pillows were too hard to sleep with.

Schöne hohe und helle Räume, sehr zentral um die Ecke vom Markusplatz gelegen

Cons:

De accommodatie is erg gedateerd en het bed is flinterdun en zeer oncomfortabel. De service is slecht: handdoeken worden tijdens het verblijf niet vervangen en je krijgt slechts één set per persoon. Inchecken moet bij een ander hotel, waarna je naar het appartement wordt gebracht. Ook is de bagageopslag onbewaakt, in een open ruimte waar iedereen bij kan. Er zijn veel betere accommodaties te vinden in Venetië in deze prijsklasse.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Lage direkt am Markusplatz ist unschlagbar und ideal, um Venedig zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
