Pros:

Very nice 2 room apartment with mini kitchen with cook top, microwave, fridge, dish washer, iron, ironing board, clothes washer,
comfortable beds
Very clean and friendly staff
1 min walk to Piazza San Marco

Cons:

New experience are half doors on the bathtub which causes the water to escape where there is no door. Water everywhere. Had to use spare towels to soak it up. Towels never replaced each day.

Pros:

Pour ce qui comme nous souhaite avoir une décoration à l'ancienne, c'est parfait. Vue sur le canal, extrêmement calme bien qu'à quelques mettre de la place saint marc et des rue très passantes. Situation idéale. Gondoles au pied de l'hôtel (90€ la ballade pour 5 personnes) restaurant, boutique, place saint, palais des doges, clocher à moins de 5 min à pieds. Attention l'établissement ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais pour 15€ par personne vous pouvez le prendre dans un autre de leur établissement accessible via différents couloir. La qualité de ce petit déjeuner est moyenne avec peu de choix pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, mais comme l'appartement est équipé d'une cuisine, vous pouvez être totalement autonome.

Four star Hotel - One star beds
Pros:

Location is amazing - literally steps from San Marco
Staff are really good
Suite was very clean
Suite was large high ceilings

Cons:

Beds were terrible. They did not at all fit with the quality rest of the hotel. Very strange. We have stayed in much lower quality hotels with superior beds. Would be a 10 with basic upgrade in quality beds and sofas.

Mooie ruime plek vlak bij San Marco
Pros:

Locatie prima. Handdoeken etc ook prima.

Cons:

Vindbaarheid, het smalle straatje onder de toren. Bezoekers kunnen daar beter (in een zijstraatje ervan) zoeken naar het uithangbord "Photo Blitz", aan het eind bij het water links. Voor het parking advies zouden we Marive kunnen aanraden (en niet het hotel advies P.za Roma).

Merveilleux séjour à deux pas de tout
Pros:

Le lieu était extrêmement bien situé! Le personnel était très accueillant et a répondu rapidement à notre réservation et ce, même si elle a été faite à moins de 12 heures de notre arrivée (puisque notre autre accommodation prévue et prépayée avec Wonderful Italy n’a jamais donné le code d’entrée de l’appartement).

Rien. Tout était parfait.
