Cons:

Pouca simpatia dos funcionários, de forma geral, desde a recepção ao restaurante. Deveriam ter mais atenção ao detalhe nos pequenos-almoços. Muitas travessas vazias, lentidão no serviço. Não espelha o que se espera de um Vincci. Preço do parque de 32€. Uns metros à frente, há um parque subterrâneo público. Infelizmente, só vi quando estava de saída da cidade.

Excellent stay to be inside the city and experience the Madrid attractions during the day and night life
Pros:

Location. Walking distance to most tourist attractions in Madrid, plazas, restaurants, supermarkets, easy to get uber. We did not try metro but I saw stations within 5-10 mins of walking. We did not hear any outside noise. We had a balcony and it was double paneled. Rooms in Europe hotels tend to be small compared to US. So considering this, good room size. I would stay here again if price is right.

Cons:

Slight attitude from the staff. Price we paid was a bit higher. But maybe reasonable as we booked last minute and at the start of tourist season. But nothing much to complain.
