Seltsame Tonalität und unangemessene Kommunikation beim Frühstückspersonal (Führungskraft) . Wirkt überfordert . Andere Angestellte waren super nett. Eine entscheidende halt überfordert
Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch bitterer Nachgeschmack unseres sehr problemhaften Late-Night Check in
Wir hatten mehrmals erwähnt, dass wir unsere Hochzeitsnacht bei euch verbringen möchten, und erst gegen 04:00 Uhr morgens kommen; und uns sehr wichtig ist, dass dies problemlos funktioniert
Mein Trauzeuge hat sogar nochmals angerufen und abgeklärt, ob das eh alles passt.
--> uns wurde versprochen, dass wir problemlos in der Nacht einchecken können,
dies war jedoch keinesfalls so ...
wir sind um 03:50 uhr eingetroffen und es war kein Schlüssel hinterlegt,
Ich musste 4 mal anrufen bis über die Notfallhotline jemand erreichbar war,
und als ich dann endlich jemand erreichte, dauerte es noch mind. 20 minuten bis wir einchecken konnten;
schlussendlich haben wir in unserer Hochzeitsnacht fast 1 Stunde sinnlos mitten in der Nacht gewartet und uns wurde nichtmal angeboten , weniger zu bezahlen..
Zimmer unglaublich, die Suite ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Habe ein Upgrade bekommen. Frühstück ebenso der Wahnsinn.

Ein wunderschöner Platz zum Entspannen. Sehr freundliches Personal, komfortable Betten, ein herrlicher Blick auf die Donau und ein mehr als ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet und ein köstliches Abendessen. Danke für das Kostenlose Zimmerupgrade. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
