The staff was exceptional and truly made our stay enjoyable. While we encountered some issues with the room, specifically the lack of health faucets and bathroom doors, the staff addressed our concerns immediately and even moved us to a different room.
The food was nice overall, although the breakfast selection remained the same each day. My son did not enjoy his dinner one evening, but the staff handled the situation with remarkable kindness and chose not to charge us for the meal.
What stood out most about this hotel was the outstanding service. Every issue was addressed promptly, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made a very positive impression on us.
The lack of health faucets, some rooms don't have bathroom doors

La gentillesse du personnel
Le buffet n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur (très peu de choix et la nourriture très basique !).
Le bruit infernal avec la proximité de la plage public et la musique à fond jusqu'à 2h30 du matin le Week-end.
L’accueil et l’hospitalité du personnel fait toujours la différence. Cet hôtel a une histoire passionnante et a clairement un emplacement incroyable dans la baie de tamarin, face aux vagues.
La piscine sur le toit est un spot intéressant.
Attention au bruit !
J’avais lu quelques commentaires indiquant des abords bruyants, mais je n’avais pas saisi à quel point ! Le premier soir ça allait, c’était juste des locaux qui faisaient la fête donc un peu de musique, des cris, des rires, rien de bien méchant pour un bon dormeur ou porteur de boules quies. Mais le deuxième soir depuis notre chambre on se serait cru dans les toilettes d’une boite de nuit ! Les murs vibraient presque. Même avec des bouchons d’oreille on entendait les basses.
Du reste, ce genre de “club Vacances” aussi gros ce n’est pas ma tasse de thé. Ça m’évoque une usine à touristes. C’est bien géré certes, mais je préfère les hôtels plus petits. Petit dej pas fou mais très correct.
Le cadre est tres sympa
Devant une plage publique...ce qui veut dire que TOUTES les nuits rassemblement de personne avec musique a fond sur des énormes enceintes...impossible de dormir....pas de manager responsable la nuit...la police passe de temps en temps...puis cela reprend 10 mns plus tard...pas d excuses le matin, rien....service LAMENTABLE
ensuite plusieurs forfaits entre le tout inclu, ou pdj...Le personnel est perdu...ils ne savent pas qui a quoi comme forfait...c est la panique au bar....
Restaurant d une qualité tres bonne. Mais plus rien a la carte !....en chambre 3 jours sans savon....musique a la piscine en meme temps que au bar : horrible
Bref, manque de rigueur , pas de management, beaucoup d équipe mais tous perdu...

Der Poolbereich war schön, die Getränke lecker.
Abends wird am öffentlichen Strand bis 03:30 Uhr gefeiert. Die Musik wird hierbei von mehreren Musikboxen so laut wie möglich gedreht. Da die Zimmerwände aus Pappe zu bestehen scheinen, war an Schlaf nicht zu denken.
Das Personal weiß sich nicht zu helfen und verweist bloß an die Polizei. Die kommt, spricht vor und fährt wieder. Danach ist es genau so laut wie vorher.
Erst nach Nachfrage und Diskussion über die Höhe wird einem deswegen preislich entgegengekommen.

L’hotel est magnifique, en face de la plage. Bonne restauration et personnel aux petits soins. Speciale mention pour Orelie, la femme de chambre qui est vraiment efficace et adorable.
