Estuvimos muy cómodos aquí. Pasamos 3 noches y nos supo a poco.
La ubicación es perfecta, delante de la playa de Tamarín, una playa poco turística, más natural y con unos atardeceres increíbles. Alrededor hay vida local y es genial para comer y pasear y ver un poco la isla menos turística.
El aparcamiento muy fácil, la atención un 10, desde el equipo de seguridad, limpieza, recepción, restaurantes... todos muy atentos y agradables. Nos ayudaron a contactar con la empresa del coche de alquiler para hacer unos ajustes en la reserva.
Las instalaciones y programa de actividades súper completo. Pudimos ver partidos del mundial en el bar, había música en directo, las dos piscinas ideales, sobre todo la del roof top con vistas a la playa. También nos apuntamos a algunas actividades de streching o rituales locales.
La comida en los restaurantes es variada y muy rica. El desayuno que estaba incluido en la reserva también muy bien.
La habitación tenía vistas a la playa desde la terraza y se veía el mar desde la cama, una cama súper cómoda, una habitación amplia y un diseño súper bonito, moderno pero con aires locales.
Die Lage ist super! Direkt am Strand wo viele tolle Ausflüge starten. Es war unsere Lieblings Gegend während unseres gesamten Mauritius Aufenthalts.
Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem (viel zu weich und quietschend) ansonsten war alles top!

Nice surf / beach vibe resort opposite the beach. Very relaxed, good food and good variety. Live music every night was great though the quality of the bands varied. Great value overall, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Rooftop bar wasn't always adequately stocked. Stay away from whiskey.
Die Ausstattung in der Anlage war sehr gut. Das Essen und das Buffet war geschmacklich und von der Auswahl in Ordnung, die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Sauberkeit hinter der Bar ist mangelhaft (Boden, Theke, Gläser), im Zimmer gab es Flecken an Vorhängen und an Bettbezügen. Wir haben uns mehr erhofft an Unterstützung zur Buchung von Aktivitäten, es wurden Vorschläge gemacht aber nichts organisiert. Auf dem Programm war auch eine Aktivität für einen Selbstbesuch, leider war die Aktivität zurzeit geschlossen.
What makes this place so special is the staff! What wonderful and friendly people! I'm a pescetarian and I've always had options for every meal.
The bar should be more organized, sometimes we had to wait quite a while to be served.

I went for my birthday and this stay exceeded my expectations. I was spoiled by all members of Top Management, Christophe the Hotel Director, Jason, Jonathan, Jerry..........and Sandra the Guest Experience Specialist...........She was there at every minute, to ensure that I have the best stay of my life at this occasion......AND IT WAS. The Staff, as usual, very gentle and professional, spare no effort to please me........A WOW EXPERIENCE. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. My promise to this Resort........I win the lottery (Canadian or EuroMillion hahaha) i will stay there for THREE MONTHS. I feel at home at this Resort.

The staff was exceptional and truly made our stay enjoyable. While we encountered some issues with the room, specifically the lack of health faucets and bathroom doors, the staff addressed our concerns immediately and even moved us to a different room.
The food was nice overall, although the breakfast selection remained the same each day. My son did not enjoy his dinner one evening, but the staff handled the situation with remarkable kindness and chose not to charge us for the meal.
What stood out most about this hotel was the outstanding service. Every issue was addressed promptly, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made a very positive impression on us.
