Pros:

Clean.

Cons:

Paid parking costs €10 per day. On Booking it said €5 per day, but I was only told at check-in that the price had changed.
Even with the paid parking, a parking space is not guaranteed. One day I came back later and the parking lot was full, mainly because a bus was taking up five parking spaces. I had to park along the exit, just like several other guests.
At 6:30 a.m. the hotel staff woke me up and asked me to move my car because the bus did not have enough space to leave the parking lot. A few other guests also had to come outside and move their cars.

Apart from this, many guests park badly every day, which wastes a lot of parking space. Painting clear white parking lines could help solve this problem, as there are no visible lines at the moment.
This was my second stay at this hotel, and I had the same parking problem both times.
