Pros:

Zimmer picobello! Lage sehr ruhig, fernab vom Verkehr von Grün umgeben. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch wenn man sich selber versehentlich in Probleme gebracht hat.

Cons:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein. Vielleicht könnte man auf der Buchungsseite darauf verweisen, dass die Lage recht abgelegen ist und man sich von unterwegs besser noch was zum Abendessen mitbringen sollte ...

Sauberkeit im Zimmer
Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Tür
Kein Durchgangsverkehr
Bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig

Cons:

Das Frühstück müsste, im Verhältnis zum Preis, reichhaltiger sein (z. B. (Fertig)Rührei mit Speck wäre machbar).
Und die Konfitüre in Fertigpackungen (Hygiene).
Dieses sind aber hotelkettenweite Vorgaben und es liegt nicht an der Hotelleitung vor Ort.
Das Personal kommt sofort dem Wunsch nach, wenn etwas nicht mehr vorhanden sein sollte, und füllt auf.
