Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel, aber die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war äußerst unhöflich und respektlos. Sie hat sich auch gegenüber den Frauen sehr unangemessen verhalten. Wir hätten niemals erwartet, eine solche Behandlung zu erleben. Ihr Verhalten stellte sogar die Menschlichkeit infrage, da sie keinerlei Mitgefühl oder Respekt zeigte.

Besonders beschämend war das Verhalten eines arabischen Mitarbeiters, der uns sogar gewaltsam aus dem Zimmer drängte. Das war eine sehr unangenehme und beschämende Erfahrung. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Hotel völlig inakzeptabel und entspricht weder professionellen noch menschlichen Standards.

Pros:

Sehr gemütlich. Mega nette Personal. Preis Ok. Frühstück sehr gut. Alles frisch und lecker. Immer wieder.

Kann sauberer sein.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage.
Direkt nebenan ist eine Tankstelle und McD.
Sehr nette Angestellte,gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider keine Straßenbahn in direkter Nähe.
Ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß.

Ideal um gut mit dem Fahrrad zum Deutsche Bank Park zu kommen, im Frankfurter Zentrum ist man auch schnell

Tolle Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden

Cons:

Etwas laut vor dem Hotel, das Bett war unbequem da die Matratze sehr weich war und das Bett geknarrt hat bei jeder Drehung
